Basically the third guy just started his shift and his gf, who worked with us, who was wearing a dress and heeled and was constantly asking "When is he going on break" but he had to wait as the older lady started earlier and she also needs to take her medicine

He was working drive thru and he took off his headset and left, went into the back and started drinking coffee during a rush

She saw him, told him "You can't do that I have to send you home"

And she rushed to handle drive thru then he went out

In front of the entire restaurant he said "You can't send me home, you have no right to. You're a f***ing bitch and a c***!"

And went back

And his gf

She called you in to fire him?

She still kept asking when he was going on his break and then she went to the back herself to do dishes
