My cat just started with that running water thing maybe a month ago. Before that, he's only drank from a bowl.. And he's like 12?

whenever I fill the bowl up, it's the ONLY time he meows

isn't it true that cats can't see water if it isn't moving? lots of cats will try to move their bowl before they drink so I guess some don't like bowls
