yeah one thing to avoid are sushi buffets, in my open. Kaiten restaurants are great and good restaurants farm their own fish

I have had grilled salmon I really loved from a restaurant but then I had it somewhere else and hated it

I've eaten at the Kaiten Sushi Station since 2004 hundreds of times and it was never fishy
