He passed away about 2 weeks after he had a leg operation.

Yeah, He was a few months shy of 20... he was skinny as a rail... passed from old age... everything just started hurting in the last year or so of his life.. it was sad because he deteriorated quickly.. the last 18 hours were all spent in my dad's arms.. Dad would not leave him for anything and kept telling him it as alright to go and then he did.

that is something I have not experiences with a cat, my first one died when I was at work. The vet thinks he had a heart attack. I think it was the flea medication. I will never use that crap on my animals again. He was only 12 and healthy before that.

All our critters passed away on their own. Except for two of our rabbits
