Nah they wouldn't leave it as a surprise, they are desperate for ticket sales for the Aalamo Dome so the big ticket sellers like Cena, Taker, Brock, Goldberg are all being announced in advance and Balor would fall under that, plus its in the UK they would've announced it tonight if they knew for sure he was going to be ready.

I find it funny actually, at the ICW show in November backstage they were moaning about people signing WWE's "mark contracts" and its like fuck you man, just because they didn't pick you you're moaning. The downside on that contract means you can work just WWE dates and have a full time job and make a shit ton of money and ITS WWE, why wouldn't you want to join WWE?
