I was going on walks for a while cause I have a bad knee which I'm guessing is just from not moving enough

I got lazy and stopped doing it, but now with all the ice and snow here the last thing i need to do is go bust my ass outside lol

I been having issues with my side and my one knee as well which I think have been made worse by sitting still more lol
