Also announced on the conference call -- NXT Takeover specials will now be a MONTHLY, two-hour event on the Network!
I'm leaning more towards this being postive news than negative but I just feel as though some of what made the Takeover events special was the time in between each one and all the buildup and anticipation for the next one. Maybe bi-monthly could have been a preferred option but I guess this NXT brand really is growing at a crazy rate...

Had to figure this was inevitable after NXT was going to take it's show on the road, phase two of making this its own brand.

Should be another reason to subscribe to the Network monthly.

I'm not very happy with this....the great thing about the specials were the build up. Now it is getting a little too hectic with live shows, tapings AND now monthly shows...

Yeah, this negates how special they felt. However this is the natural progression of wrestling these days.

Phase two: Make them Monthly and take the show on the Road
Phase Three: Make monthly names for the specials, and build excitement for ticket sales and bigger venues.

A brief history of "In your House"... and now "NXT Takeover"

Also LOL at NXT having more "PPVs" than TNA.
