Should the WWE bring back the lightweight/cruiserweight championship(s)/division?
Having Sin Cara in there (if he ever returns) and wanting him to be a focus of the company, it'd make sense to bring in talent who can work with him and have a decent division of competition. It would also be a good way to utilize Rey a little more comfortably instead of repeating the same old David vs. Goliath shit in every single feud he's in.
And would it be worth making the US/IC titles a stepping stone to the WWE/WHC? In the 90's, both respectively were used to make someone a #1 contender, or at least put them into the ranks and give them a #1 contender match. Does it hurt to have a mid-carder thrown into the main title scene every once in a while to keep things fresh in terms of spotlight feuds or would it help expose some guys and give the mid-card titles and competition more legitimacy?
