While I, for the most part, disagree with the comments about Cesaro lacking personality I do see why he would be perceived as boring to the higher-ups. Although he has been solid in the ring he hasn't been spectacular. And although working with some pretty awful material, he has done nothing in the way of passion and character to try and at least get the stuff over. In short, even though I appreciate Cesaro as a worker and would be the first to admit he has a plethora of potential, he has done nothing to make himself stand out regardless of the situations he has been put in. It only takes one minute, one moment, one line and boom, you're over or you've at least made yourself interesting. As much as I hate to say it, Cesaro has yet to do that for me. I still think he has an extremely bright future though.

Damn, WWE backstage tension, what else is new. But really, them not looking at Cesaro in a brighter light in my opinion is foolish.

Cesaro has put on some of the best matches I've seen on Raw and Smackdown in years. Every time he's in the ring I'm alway entertained by his in ring ability and I can only say that about less than a hanful of wrestlers. Cesaro isn't the greatest charismatic superstar, but he does have good charisma none the less. The stuff on youtube featuring him is great and when he was shooting the backstage promos that was also good. I think the real problem lies in the schticks he's given. First he was with Aksana who isn't exactly bursting with personality (or proper english speaking skills for that matter), then the i know five languages bit, then it was the generic americans are fat bit, and then the worst of all was the yodel. I mean 3/4 of those things were stereotypical gimmicks and I think that's below what Cesaro should be doing. I think his "I put the W in the WWE" is going to be the start of something for him and I hope it turns out well.

I also like to note that Cesaro was kept off the Raw after mania as well as mania. Both of these shows are smark heavy and they would have gone wild for Cesaro, so it's WWE's own fault at this point.

He could be boring, but he could be a headliner in some eyes.

Dave Meltzer, ladies and gentlemen.
