Umm, IIRC, he was just done feuding with Jericho. Then The Wyatt Family got fed to SuperCena and they were kept off TV from that point on.
I seem to recall him being left pretty much with nothing of note for a while before (I love Jericho but it was a mid card feud at best and is Jericho something special at this stage? Imo he isn't. ) Did losing to a Cena who was showing he's relighten his fire really going to lower the families stock in the view of the audience or is them being dropped off the show more likely to do that? Again it seems more that the E just lost interest in Bray than it bein Cena burying them.

I just think they could've fed someone else to Cena... And not someone who's as over as The Wyatts.

Anyways, what you're saying could be true. Maybe they weren't as high on him as they were... With this whole Harper and Rowan being set free now, and Bray Wyatt flying solo as well, I'd like to think that things will go for the better for them this time around.

Yep I agree with that it should have been someone like Kane probably but I think they wanted to use the recent history to sell Cena's improvement (goes from barely beating Bray to destroying him ) it was the wrong call Imo but I see why they did it.

Yeah, I see the reason why they did it, as well... I just don't like it. But then again, I don't run the company, so fuck my opinion. lol

It seems they are trying like he** to keep Kane strong so Daniel Bryan can 'bury' him.
This talk about John Cena is going nowhere. There is nothing in Vince McMahon that seems to indicate he cares much about entertaining smarks.
If something, anything, makes money. It will be that something that will have precedence over any beliefs a smark may pull out of their a**.

If The Bunny began bringing and Vince knew for a fact that it could continue to deliver, he would continue featuring that character.

Cena is Vince's last star. Booking Cena as strongly as possible is imperative. Vinc'es investment in Wyatt is minimal, hence the lack concern on his part

Can't argue with this. The Duke's always right on point!
