John Cena made a surprise appearance on ABC's Good Morning America morning show this morning to celebrate granting his 300th wish for the Make-A-Wish Foundation, an unprecedented accomplishment.

He appeared alongside Jonathan Littman, a seven year old boy he met on Monday night at WWE's RAW Supershow taping from Long Island, NY. Littman was being interviewed about Make-A-Wish when Cena made a surprise appearance.

"Jonathan Littman is a tremendous young man and such an inspiration. Of all the tough guys I tangle with in the WWE ring, I've never encountered more bravery or toughness than I see in each wish kid I meet. Wishing is powerful stuff."

Cena invited Littman and his parents to the 1,000th RAW in St. Louis

He could make alot more wishes than that if he fucked off of TV for ever, or at least a significant amount of time.

I don't mind the guy outside the ring and he works hard, especially with the sick kids to help brighten their life up so 300 wishes is a good accomplishment and it's good to see Cena has went out of his way that many times. Cool thing by Cena to do but expect another major video package on the next couple RAWs.

Cena hate at this point is more annoying than little kid Cena fans ever were/will be.

I've got nothing against John Cena as a person because it's no different than Hulk Hogan did in the 80's, it's the exact same shtick. Congratulations to John Cena, 300 wishes is quite an accomplishment, especially when he's making sick children happy with a simple gesture.

Impressive that he gives so much time to do things like this for charity, he does great things outside the ring.

I'm not a fan of his in the ring. Deej knows this, but I truly respect what he does outside of the ring. He's a modern day genie.

Cena has the most wishes of any actor or athlete according to the foundation, so yeah wwe will brag.

Ehhhh, not a big deal to me. He just needs to be in matches that can be of a higher quality than he has been in lately.
