This is where you cast your own live-action movie based on a cartoon/anime/videogame/comic book franchise. The only rule is that it must not have been done yet - so no re-casting existing films!
Me and my friend were casting the One Piece movie the other day, and here's what we came up with:
Dev Patel as Monkey D. Luffy
Emma Watson as Nami
Neil Patrick Harris as Sanji
Jude Law as Zoro
Johnny Depp as Usopp
Gary Coleman voice and motion-capture for Tony-Tony Chopper (although he's dead, so I'm not sure who would stand in, actually)
Helena Bonham Carter as Elvira
Woody Allen as that speccy kid from the first few episodes
The last one was clearly in jest, but the rest of the cast actually turned out to be pretty spot-on.

Denzel Washington as Doctor Hibbert (born to play the role!)
Steve Carell as Ned Flanders
Steve Buscemi as Krusty The Clown (or Willem Dafoe)

Sigourney Weaver and Kim Basinger as Patty and Selma
Jamie Lee Curtis as Marge Simpson
Kelsey Grammer as Sideshow Bob (duh)
William Shatner as Superintendent Chalmers
Robert Downey Jr as Principal Skinner
Helena Bonham Carter as Mrs Krabapple
Keanu Reeves as Otto (WHO-O-OA!)
Arnold Schwarzenegger as Rainier Wolfcastle
Dakota Fanning as Lisa Simpson (a few years ago)
Macaulay Culkin as Bart Simpson (even more years ago)
Will Ferrell as Kent Brockman
George Clooney as Troy McClure
Christopher Lee as Montgomery Burns
Eugene Levy as Smithers
Ian McKellen as Grandpa Abe Simpson

That kid who plays Brick in The Middle as Milhouse
