Nearly everyone I spoke to in Leeds thought he was going to be a full time England International replacing Gerrard. He's a fantastic player. He still is, just plagued with Injuries.

Me and Michael Johnson are polar opposites.

Michael Johnson was born in Manchester but supports Leeds United.

But I was born in Leeds, and support Manchester City. :

Lol. I personally never thought anything of him. Football is changing, it's evolving into something completely different. Lampard and Gerrard of 10 years ago wouldn't be able to get into the England team in 5 years time for example in my opinion. France is a perfect example of how football has changed. Spain of course too but with their players it's hard to really judge the evolution, they just have a freak amount if insane talents.

Cleverely fits into that mold of player imo. Johnson doesn't, unless he adapted himself into a passing CDM.
