I'd like to improve out banner some. I realize the actual design is something to be done independently, but is there anything I can purchase through this site to improve our banner. I'm always enthused to contribute to WWEF anyways

Yes you can, but the problem is (if I understand correctly), both you and Randy would prefer to pay with Google Checkout. For something as small as stars, it's not really beneficial for us to use Google Checkout, where as PayPal is the perfect alternative.
