BURBANK (KTLA) -- Police arrested a Burbank man for repeatedly feeding pigeons despite a city ordinance that forbids it.

Charles Douglas, 59, was arrested Friday and booked for public nuisance and suspicion of disobeying a court order.

Police claim Douglas violated municipal code for feeding flocks of pigeons at his business on Hollywood Way and Tulare Avenue in Burbank.
