It's being reported that TNA's creative team feels that Bully Ray is one of the best heels in pro wrestling right now, maybe even the best heel in the professional wrestling industry today and have contemplated giving him a World Title run at some point.

C'mon. Best heel in the industry? Keep dreaming. But yeah, he's working hard now so I say give him a title run as I think he deserves it and he can draw a crowd reaction. What's TNA got to lose anyway?

I agree with Scott. At the moment it doesn't make sense for Bully Ray to get the title because Storm and Roode have finally rekindled their feud. Storm needs to take the title and feud with Roode for a bit longer before Ray gets his title shot. I wouldn't be against TNA giving him a short transitional title reign, he has improved a lot over the past 12 months and is in very impressive shape.

Name me one better.

I know it's hard to comprehend for some people that a career tag team guy like Bubba Ray Dudley could turn into a legit top guy after all this time, but it's happened. It happened with Mark Henry last year too.

It didn't happen with Henry, despites WWE's best effort the guy still sucked and failed to get over, but this maybe different. Ray is in the best shape of his career, or ceretainly the best shape in awhile, and has been able to draw great heat and bring something fresh to the table. However TNA should not rush his world title victory, it has been less than a year since his big heel turn and new character, and like others have said TNA need to see out the Storm-Roode feud first. On the subject of which I still don't see Storm as main event or World Title material.

Henry was amazing and was WWE's best wrestler last year hands down and turned his career around in a few short months, how can you say he sucked and failed...

Bully Ray is the best Heel in the world at this point in time, possibly Kevin Steen is the only guy better than him, Bobby Roode is good at getting heat but Bully Ray has been TNA's best heel since his turn and filled Jeff Hardy's shoes really well.

Give him the belt, just when it's the right moment, however I suppose they should strike while the iron is still hot.

The proof was in the pudding with Henry, because everytime he came out to the ring the crowd reaction was dead and is still dead now.

If they wait to put the title on Ray it will mean more, it is one thing to say he is a hot heel, but fans still need time to get used to him as an headliner, don't forget he has been a tag wrestler for years.

His Last Man Standing Match with A.J. Styles last year proves that his tag team run hasn't hindered his singles run.

It hasn't hindered his singles career, but they need a slow build to make him a believeable world champion.

Bully Ray may be my favorite guy in TNA at the moment. He is the best heel in all of the wrestling business at the moment, and if you disagree, fail at finding one better. He's easily in the best shape of his life, and he can cut some great promos. I hope he has the belt at by the end of the year, or at least gets in a feud with Storm over it after the feud with Roode is over.

End of the year yes, but not before it would be too soon. There is a difference between being an over mid-card guy and being a main eventer.

What's the point in holding him down when hes great right now......for all we know this could all fizzle out and the opportunity will pass. Strike while the iron is hot, so to speak.

For all the plaudits Storm and Roode are getting, I think they both suck and are as boring as a lecture on wallpaper. Nobody watches TNA anyway, so it doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things but its a better choice than say, AJ Styles going for the title chapter #380 or whatever.

While you aren't a fan of Storm, and Roode, some people are, including me, and I don't want to see what has been a great feud thrown out because they put the belt on Bully out of nowhere. Your philosophy of "No one watches, do whatever" doesn't appeal to anyone else, I'm sure.

Derp.

Obviously I'm not watching for what other people want happening though.

Bully Ray is pretty much the only reason I watch this shit company.
