@Moose unrelated to the former issues, but now when I go to my notifications, the unread notifications are bold, and haven't been before (normally just a solid blue dot on the right).

Is this part of the update or something else goin on there?

oh it's amazing I just didn't know if that was an intentional feature or something else going on.

The styles will be slightly out of date now so I can't say if that's intentional or not, but I will be working on those next.

It might just be my phone, so unless others are hashing the issue it’s not worth looking into as it’s probably something that I can fix myself, but I have noticed some things taking a very long time to load for me in the chat.

Like here, Jeff posted a tweet but in chat all I see is a big blank area

I’m gonna try to get on my laptop, and see if I have the issue there. If not then definitely just my phone and I’ll try fixing that myself lol

Actually it might just be Firefox, or Firefox on my phone idk. I used chrome from my phone and it is showing. so I’ll try again to clean my cookies and everything, maybe I did it wrong. But yeah, it’s nothing for you to fix so nvm

Firefox by default will have some embeds hidden bc of the tracking protection or something, you have to change stuff in the site permissions

I’ll look into that also. Not sure it’s the exact problem as I see the stuff, it just was taking a bit to load properly. Like I knew it’s a tweet cause it showed in the thread. just not the chat.

But now it’s loading after I cleared extra data and stuff. so yeah I fixed my problem already

you may have needed a refresh. I needed to refresh the page when everything came back and it worked for me.

I just increased a server load limit so please let know if it the site works better for you or if you hit another slow load time or homepage load issue. Usually when you experience this there is a server log of the issue and helps me identify the problem.

Even better though is if you get a server error screen, copy it and paste it here for me.

it's not a bug but on Chrome in the chat when you click on a pic/gif that someone has posted to enlarge it, it shows a bunch of other gifs/pics that were posted even in VIP so some NSFW stuff can potentially pop up. here's a screenshot when I clicked Jeff's pic.

Gotta say the board has been a bit slow to load for the last three days. Sometimes the homepage stops loading after the chat, and I have to refresh it.
Smilies are also quite long to load and search for.

Anyone else experiencing these slowdowns?

I will say though I believe there’s a separate issue with the homepage I have to track down, but the what’s new and threads should load good now.

I think the smiles have always loaded slow, unfortunately.
