Im not a GFX expert but I think these graphics would look better if you changed that lightnint bolt in the middle. It seems to big for the whole graphic and dominates the pic. If you were to take that out and put a line of that border style you used down the middle, it would look better.

I might give it a try.. You sure you want Nigel, and Roode? I don't exactly have the best psd's of them? And I'm to lazy to cut right now.
