-MVP has managed to retain against Matt Hardy his US Title and is still champion. Big Show defeated Khali and has become Number One Contender for the US Title. Jericho is still the IC champion.

Smackdown, August 22nd, 2008:
Big Show comes out and talks about his title win and being the new champion. MVP comes out and says he is exercising his rematch clause. Big Show invites him to do so, but then MVP cowards out and says he will be doing it at Unforgiven.
Smackdown, August 29th, 2008:
MVP comes out and he talks about his match against Big Show at next PPV. He mentions he will not be coming to the ring along, as he will be getting a special guest. Big Show comes out and says that what if he brings that guest right here right now, but MVP says he will be meeting it next week in the VIP Lounge, but this week, he has gotten Big Show an opponent to keep himself busy. MVP gets out and The Great Khali comes out.
Big Show defeats The Great Khali.

On the VIP Lounge, MVP talks about his guest putting him over. He then brings him out, and it turns out to be Floyd Mayweather, that comes out with his pose. Floyd talks about how good it feels to be back at WWE, and how good he will feel when he sees MVP defeat, the man he has also defeated by the way, and regain the belt. The Big Show then comes out and runs to the ring, but when he enters, Floyd and MVP run out of the ring, then circle the ring and go backstage, escaping from the Big Show.

Chris Jericho defeats Carlito to retain the IC Title
Big Show defeats MVP w/Floyd Mayweather to retain the US Title. Big Show and Floyd Mayweather stare at each other after the match, and Big Show picks MVP up, then chokeslams him still staring at Floyd Mayweather.

Mayweather comes out and says it is the first time in 6 months he is on Raw, and he is damn excited. He is heavily booed. He then goes to remind how he defeated Big Show at Wrestlemania 24 and…he gets interrupted by Big Show, that then comes out. He says that the only reason he won at Wrestlemania was because his pose, manager, chair, everything but himself, and that if it were to happen again, he…Chris Jericho comes out. He says they must be confused as this isn’t SD, but Raw is Jericho! He says nobody cares about them, they care about the IC champion, and how last night he…Carlito comes out. He says last night was a fluke, and that any time Jericho wants it, he can prove it. All four are about to go at it when William Regal comes out. He says this is Raw and here everything is solved wrestling, so all four would battle in a tag match.
Big Show and Chris Jericho defeat Carlito and Floyd Mayweather. Floyd never actually enters the match, and only Carlito participates. Big Show chokeslams and pins Carlito.

Floyd comes out and says that he was embarrassed at Raw. He says that even though he didn’t lose, his team did, and it felt bad, as he is nothing but a loser, and it is all thanks to the Big Show. He says that Big Show isn’t here tonight, and that he has thought of a way of getting back on him for the embarrassment from Raw. He will be signing as a WWE Superstar and show him how a real man goes to work.

Vince is in the middle of the ring, then brings out Floyd, that comes with his classic entourage. After a while of Vince talking about how good business Floyd coming to WWE is. Floyd then signs the WWE contract and officially becomes a WWE superstar. Big Show’s music plays and he comes out to the stage. He stares at Floyd, then grins, and returns to the back.

Big Show comes out. He says that he had been waiting long time for what happened on Raw. He says that on Wrestlemania he was embarrassed and cheated, and since then he has been waiting for revenge, but a revenge with no 20 million dollars involved, no talk shows, just a one on one contest against Floyd Mayweather, and now that Floyd is a WWE Superstar, he can openly request for the match, and he wants it at No Mercy. Vickie Guerrero comes out and says that she is not sure about the match, about putting Floyd in such high risk that soon, but if he defeats these men right here tonight, she might think about it.
Big Show defeats Deuce and Domino, on the Tron, Vickie says she is still not sure.

Big Show comes out. He says last week he won, and he sees no reason why not get the match. He says he’s getting angry and nobody wants to see him mad. Floyd comes out. He says Vickie may be the GM, but nobody makes decision for him, and he wants to face The Big Show at No Mercy. However, he says he has two conditions for the match to happen, first, that the US title is on the line, and second, that you defeat these men. Floyd’s entourage comes out.

Big Show defeats all six men from Floyd’s entourage. The match is confirmed for No Mercy.

Floyd Mayweather defeats The Big Show to win the US Title. During the match, the referee gets knocked out. An entourage member passes Floyd a chain that he wraps around his fist and hits a jab right to the jaw. Then, when he is on the floor, Floyd opens the compass and hits a low blow with the reinforced fist.

The Big Show comes out then and he just enters the ring and cleans ring, destroying every men inside the ring, except Mayweather, that manages to escape the ring. Big Show stares at Floyd pointing at him.

Big Show comes out and he says that he has got to be kidding him. He calls the Floyd the most undeserving champion ever. Floyd says that in the end, he is the champion. Big Show answers that he has a rematch clause, and will use it at Cyber Sunday to end it. Vickie comes out and much to the dismay of Floyd, he says that Big Show will challenge him at Cyber Sunday, however she says that he will not control the stipulations the fans will vote for. She says that the fans will vote for either a 2 on 1 Handicap Match, a 3 on 1 Handicap Match or a 4 on 1 Handicap Match(favoring Floyd of course). Vickie then says that depending on the match, Floyd himself will select his partners.

The Big Show defeats The Great Khali and Floyd Mayweather, however since he defeated Khali, Floyd says that he is still the champion as he never lost the match, then goes away with the title.

He says that Floyd took away what he loved, his title, he has humiliated him time after time, and now he is far away from his US belt, but Mayweather is forgetting who he is, the seven feet tall giant, and come SS, his team will destroy him, he will destroy him.
Matt and Jeff Hardy walk to The Big Show backstage. Big Show adds him to his team.

Chris Jericho comes out saying it will be an honor to end the pathetic reign of Floyd. Vince reminds Y2J that he might not arrive champ at RR, in fact, he has a match against Umaga right here tonight for the belt.

Mr. Kennedy then comes out. He says that this is stupid, Big Show isn’t even on Raw, and that if someone should be getting a title shot, it is him. William Regal makes a match in which the Number One Contendership is on the line.
Big Show defeats Mr. Kennedy to remain Number One Contender for the IC Title. Jericho was on the announce table.
