Editor's note: This will be The Federation Years' last post for 2024. It's been a great one - it was around this time last year I started composing a rough draft of the roster as I was working vigorously on The Pandemic Project. Originally to be set following WrestleMania XII, I wrote two weeks of television and got bored. Five months on, my cat passed away and I took it upon myself to immerse in a new project. The very first entry of my WWE 2007 thread, INFAMOUS, is now live! I figured January 1st was the perfect day to post NEW YEAR'S REVOLUTION 2007! Fair warning, it's a long one. 20K words in total. I'm not sure if every Pay-Per-View will be as in depth, but this being the first show, there was a lot of changing direction both with the irl show structure and characters/storylines of course. I can absolutely promise the weekly TVs will not be the same length lol.

This past Monday on RAW, Kevin Federline and his guests were attacked by Umaga during the Samoan Bulldozer’s furious assault on John Cena. We’ve learned that WWE was given notice on Thursday that Federline and his associates were preparing to take legal action against the company. This has led to rumors that John Cena’s challenger for the WWE Championship this Sunday will be SUSPENDED!

Is this merely a punishment for the situation Umaga has put the company in? Or is WWE wanting to avoid the risk of the undefeated Samoan Bulldozer representing the company as its champion while potentially facing MULTIPLE lawsuits? And what does an Umaga suspension mean for the pay-per-this Sunday? Will there still be a WWE Championship match at New Year’s Revolution?
