The thing is, you said WRESTLER. Not entertainer, not in ring storyteller, not athletic abilities. To me a wrestler is specifically a guys move set. No more. In that case you'd go Bryan. HBK a far better performer, but Bryan's technical skills edge him. Not by much. But they're better.

You are incredibly strange if you think all that goes into being the better WRESTLER is one's move set.

Shawn Michaels > Daniel Bryan
The Rock pre '01 > Daniel Bryan
Stone Cold Steve Austin > Daniel Bryan

Those guys presence have a different aura around me.
Cena was right, Daniel Bryan doesn't belong in that list. Honestly, neither does CM Punk. :urm:

Don't know why I'm bothering to humor this, but there you go.

If anything, this thread just highlights how biast Daniel Bryan fans are haha.
I think HBK is the best all time and I went with Bryan

Gotta agree. I can't really compare the different eras, so I can't say Punk is the best of all times because there were other great wresrlers in the AE and before. I could argue about if Punk is the best of this era or not...

There's something to be said about wrestling in front of 1000's of people over a long period of time... Danielson is still learning how to do wrestle on huge stages

Undertaker is a prime example of a cat who stunk but over a period of time improved dramatically

This is an unfair comparison... because age and mainstream experience are on HBK's side in the same way they're on Taker's side

A better comparison might be Benoit at 32 v Danielson at 32 given that their experiences and background are relatively similar at that point
