A Brooklyn man beat his teen stepdaughter to death with a boot on the front porch of their home Thursday - then was busted after he flipped his getaway car in Queens, cops and family said.

Jean Simon, 54, chased 18-year-old Lakeshia Seymour onto the second-floor porch of their Canarsie home after an argument erupted inside, grabbed a boot and unmercifully pummeled her with it, family said.

"I saw him beating Keisha on the head with a big boot," said a relative, who did not want to give his name, about the 2:30 p.m. thrashing. "She tried to hide under a chair on the landing."

But the panicked teenager couldn't escape from the enraged man, who even bashed the girl's head on the banister before he fled the E. 102nd St. house, sources and family said.

"It was a brutal and savage beating," a police source said.

Simon hopped into his gold Mercedes-Benz and peeled away, leaving the lifeless body of his stepdaughter lying on the porch, cops and family said.

She died at the scene.

"We don't know why Jean flipped," said another relative, who said he was the teen's uncle. "He killed her."

But Simon didn't get far.

About 30 minutes later, he crashed his luxury car as he sped toward the Jackie Robinson Parkway at Vermont Place and Cypress Ave. in Ridgewood, Queens, cops said.

When a good Samaritan stopped to check if he was hurt, the unhinged driver pulled out a knife and bolted toward a nearby cemetery, the sources said.

As officers combed the wooded areas nearby, they soon spotted Simon hiding in some bushes outside the cemetery and cuffed him, sources said.

The stunned relatives said they don't know what drove Simon, who has been married to Keisha's mother for nine years, to kill the teen.

"You didn't think he would do something like this," said Seymour's uncle, Orin Seymour, 37. "It's shocking. I'm still puzzled. We're devastated. She was a very loving child."
