Old WWE/WCW wrestlers

When people say they are sick of TNA signing wwe and wcw alumni dont you realise that without these established stars TNA would never be as big as it is 2day. For example people people moaned when TNA signed Kurt Angle but just a year or 2 before this kurt angle was the biggest wwe star. Also people are sayin TNA dont need Goldberg but if TNA signed him there ratings wud elevate 2 an all time high because he has so much pulling power. What are your views?

I agree that you need established stars as a base. But those stars should be putting the new talent over. AJ Styles shouldn't be losing a fued to Rhino, and Cage & Angle shouldn't be the top two guys fueding while Joe sits on the side lines. Also Goldberg would maybe produce a slight spike in there ratings for a couple of weeks, but not permanently. Right up to Angle's release and signing with TNA, the WWE were pushing him as the greatest Wrestler ever, and he went to TNA and the ratings barely increased and within a few weeks were back to normal. If Angle couldn't boost there ratings regularly I don't think Goldberg will either. Bottom line is ratings don't boost permanently because of who is on your roster, its how they are used with everyone else.

Goldberg is what they need to make TNA a real threat to the WWE. If there not wanting to spend big for Goldberg what makes you think they are going to fork out the cash to get RVD in TNA.

Yeah....

they need goldberg to hurt guys that have a legitimate shot at being good pro wrestlers someday. Goldberg is a ragged out mma wanna be, he couldn't wrestle when he was training to wrestle , what makes you think anything has changed?? They need goldberg as bad as they need backlund.

You have this group () That wants to see anything with a man in tights

You get this group ( ) That wants to see good wrestling

You have this group ( ) That want to see the big names

And this group ( ) That don't give a care about wrestling..

You always have these (), if you good you get these ( ), if your lucky you get there ( ) and the rest you don't get a flying fuck about

yea like hiring Chavo, he is a decent wrestler and brings more of a fan base, he could help the company a great deal, Bashams, Heart Breakers, and Dicks won't lol

A pet dog last night mauled a 4-year-old child to death in his family's Brooklyn home -- ripping open his neck as his mother screamed in horror, authorities said.
Jayelin Graham was pronounced dead on arrival at Brookdale hospital shortly after frantic rescue workers arrived at the family home at 2169 Pacific St. in East New York at 9:15 p.m..
"That little boy looked like a rag doll," said one woman who saw little Jayelin taken from his third-floor apartment. "The dog ripped the baby's throat out."

Police said the child suffered bite wounds to his head, neck and torso.

The child's 24-year-old mom was speaking with police at the 73rd Precinct early today, though there was no indication charges would be filed in the case.
In addition, several youths were also taken into custody in a tussle with cops in the aftermath of the horrific attack.
The family dogs were taken away in cages from the four-story brick building.

One was a
German shepherd and the other was a pit bull that appeared heavily sedated. They were turned over to animal control officials.
Police sources said just one of the pets mauled the little boy.
Jayelin had a 2-year-old and 5-year-old brother who also lived with their parents -- and a menagerie of pets that included two parrots, several parakeets, a rabbit, a turtle and fish.

Early this morning, an impromptu, candle-filled memorial sprang up outside the home.
Neighbors described a nightmare of screaming and confusion in the wake of the sickening attack.
"I heard screaming -- oh God there was screaming," said a woman who lives with her 9-year-old next door to Jayelin's building. "But I couldn't hear the words. I thought someone was getting beaten up."
Several people were arrested at the scene "for unrelated reasons," a spokesman for the NYPD said.

Neighbors, however, complained that five youths, all in their 20s, were rounded up and were only trying to help the distraught family after the vicious attack.
"The whole 73rd Precinct had to be out here," said a shocked resident, Shanna Stewart.
Another resident said she witnessed one of the youths being pushed against the building door so hard his head went through a glass window.
