Brodus Clay Injured

Brodus Clay was busted open badly after being run into a ladder by Christian during the Extreme Rules PPV. I was told by one source there was a lot of blood splurting from the gash.

One person I spoke to told me he wouldn't be shocked to find out Clay had suffered a concussion, but we have no confirmation on that.

Did anyone see this move and/or the cut?

Shame for Clay, never good when anyone gets injured. If he does have a concussion then he might miss a few weeks of Smackdown.

Just on Brodus Clay as a character, with Del Rio now on RAW and Brodus remaining on Smackdown who do you think he will feud with? Who would you matc him against for his first singles feud?

I think it was when he was hit with the mini ladder is what caused the cut, for the most part. Christian got busted open the hard way as well.

Well depending on how long Brodus is out for, I can see him getting into a feud with Christian down the road and maybe Orton. I really can no see that much solid feuds with him right now. I think though since people know him well with Del Rio it is easy to promote him as a good heel and have people boo him. As for matches, I think him and Christian could put on a good match. Like I stated on the Henry thread Christian likes working with big guys.

Yeah it was when he was hit with the ladder. I remember watching it last night and backing up my DVR and spotting a big pool of blood and even saying wow, I'm sure they won't show that again. It was a pretty nice pool of blood.
