I really don't think Overeem will win it that easily. I mean yeah if he catches Brock with a punch, a knee, a kick, then it'll be pretty much over. BUT... Brock is quick for his size, and Brock is really really really good at takedowns. Then add that with Overeem's less than impressive cardio, Brock's more than impressive cardio and if Brock can avoid too many hits... he can wear Reem down and possibly pull off the win.

Reem was outstruck by Werdum... Werdum. A submission specialist... outstruck Reem. Brock can strike... not too well but he can strike.

I'd say this will go at least into the second round. Third round would surprise me. Not sure of a winner yet. Not decided.

Think this fight is a toss up. Reem really hasn't been tested with a top opponent in a MMA fight, and Lesnar still has a lot to do to me more well rounded.

We can say that Brock has been tested. I mean right off the bat his first fight was against Frank Mir... a desperate Frank Mir that had something to prove coming off of a string of losses. Former heavyweight champion. That was his FIRST UFC Fight. From there you have Herring, Couture, Mir, Carwin, Cain. Brock has had battles, wars.

Reem has been spoon fed. Yeah Brock didn't win them all, but he is at least battle proven and we know that when the pressure is there, when the lights are shining... he isn't going to falter because of it. He'll perform.

Massive fight and an excellent choice for Overeem's first opponent. Both heavy hitters and it is a really good match-up. I like that the winner of this fight gets a title shot against JDS/Velasquez and it once again shows how stacked this division is.

Tough fight to call as I think both could finish it early. Overeem has the experience edge but I can never back against Lesnar.

If Lesnar reaction to getting caught with big punches is the same as in the Cain fight he's loosing here. His recovery and striking defense was def something he needed to work on in his time away.

Also on a side not UFC has pretty much raided the SF roster now, if they get Henderson and Melendez there's pretty much nowhere left there worth a damn, and there either going to turn into a up and coming leaugue ala WEC or just close up shop.
