He demanded to be first, though, right? I mean Edge confirms one part of the story, there's more validity to the rest of it.

I don't know why you're pretending like Brock Lesnar doesn't have a hot temper.

Even if he didn't yell, most likely he asked to be on first because he wasn't going on last. You can just put two and two together.

That's what I'm saying dirt sheets always do tho lol they put two and two together and get eleven bc with the facts known it's easy to believe he could have blown up and yelled at Vince even if that never happened and that story will get them more clicks.

The make it sound like Lesnar was threatening the old man and berating him.....nobody who was there said anything like that this week on any show I've heard.

What else would you do? Is there another reason to ask to go on first other than he wasn't happy not going on last? The great thing about Heyman promos is there's usually truth to them and he said it right in his promo. If Brock wasn't going on last, he wanted to be on first.

At the end of the day wrestling forums are just like dirt sheets.

We're just here to comment on stuff we may only know half the story of. Enjoy the ride.

I'm not really questioning that much even tho it had been announced a week before that Lesnar woulnd't be going on last, I can still see it. I'm questioning if he really was yelling at Vince and stuff backstage bc he was so pissed. Yeah it's believable, but that doesn't mean it happened just bc the sheets say it did.

I always take a healthy skepticism. You don't want to believe it autocratically, but I also find too many people dismiss it immediately as well if it's not stamped directly out of Vince's mouth or something. Most rumors won't get that much confirmation. You just gotta comment of the rumor and whether or not it's likely or not likely. I think the story was exaggerated, but I feel enough of the pieces fit that the narrative that he wasn't happy with the placement and he went to Vince and demanded to either go on last or first is true enough. Whether it was yelling or passionately speaking is debatable.

I think most people choose to believe whether the story fits the narrative they want tbh. Like if you like Brock you'd be more skeptical about this story, and if you hate him you'd believe most of it. It gets old when most people can't just speculate and acknowledge what's unknown (not saying you're doing that at all), and that's why I prefer to just talk about the wrasslin (sorry Vince) on screen and major backstage stuff like firings, injuries and whatnot.

I like Brock Lesnar and have defended him being champion and other things. But, at the same time you have to be real. Brock Lesnar can be a cagey individual with passionate opinion of his worth and the worth of his time. Same goes for any other story.

I seriously doubt Brock Lesnar was willing to wait past midnight to finish a show out of ego.

Him wanting to go on first and getting the fuck out of there is more believable.

It is, but Lesnar would have if went on last. Brock was getting up there in amounts of main events he was stacking up.

I mean, they'd been pushing the womens match as the main event for a long time now so i'm pretty sure WWE was set in stone as them main eventing so i'm sure Brock at least knew he wasn't main eventing.

I'm sure Brock would probably prefer to main event every single show he's on but at the end of the day that dude is all about the money and so long as the money is right, he'll do whatever is needed, when it's needed, where it's needed.

He has a guaranteed fee....no matter where he was on the card....he's not Sasha Banks, he doesn't give a fuck about mainevents. He's not a mark, he's a business man.

Bringing Sasha Banks into an irrelevant conversation. :heston

If you say so. There's more evidence to say to the contrary.

The thing I think you fail to realize is being in the main event protects his brand and makes his business prospects better.

No one is saying Brock Lesnar wouldn't go somewhere else on the card, but as Dale said he'd prefer to be on last. Vince wanted women to go on last so then he simply wanted to go first. If the yelling part isn't true, this really doesn't make Brock look that bad Don't need to fight for him that hard.

When he wasn't last, him and Heyman wanted to go on first. Even everyone's favorite Dave Meltzer said Heyman wanted that because if they weren't going to be on last, go first because it would be better received. That on top of his promo from that night and you get he truth somewhere in the middle.
