Brock Lesnar tries to stay out of the limelight when off WWE TV for blocks of time. But, he resurfaced on Thursday as part of two non-wrestling stories:

-- Lesnar made a public appearance in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada on Thursday. Lesnar was in Saskatchewan visiting his brother's farm and said he's considering moving to the area because of the farming options.

It's a change from Lesnar decrying Canada's health system in 2010 when he was treated for diverticulitis while in the country. “It could have happened anywhere,” Lesnar said on Thursday. “That doesn’t deter me from becoming a Canadian citizen, no it doesn’t. It’s one of those things where it probably could have been anywhere and you know, who knows (what would have happened). It was just circumstance and that’s all it was." Sounds like a good idea. But what happened with him there regarding the health system?

I don't know why the fuck he would want to live there. My friend was born in Winnipeg but raised in Saskatoon and he tells me how fucked up it is and how there is absolutely nothing to do there. It's the most dangerous place in Canada to live in and they are so behind with the times. He must like boring places to live to go with his boring personality and matches.

He got diverculutus while UFC champ, was in Canada at the time for fishing or some shit went to hospital and they had no CT scan machine or some jazz. He nearly died.

Oh, well, that sucks. Glad nothing worse happened.

I understand his objections to the Canadian health care system, but it's also true that, if you have money, you can get the best care wherever you live. It's only a problem if it's an emergency circumstance, which is how I read his comments.

On the "moving to Canada" front, I can understand his desire to move there. I've actually told my wife I'd love to live there (her response: "I hope you like living there without me"...so that's out) or Alaska (similar wifey response as to the other...she doesn't like snow or places where snow is a huge possibility). Canada is lovely. It has busy, exciting places and slow, boring places......just like every other country. If he's into hunting, fishing, and farming, Manitoba or Saskatchewan or wherever he's looking are great places for those activities.

If I were you, I would have told her 'k, bye, honey'. Sorry, but, not wanting to live somewhere because of snow is just stupid. People will miss out on a lot of great places in the world if they worry about the damn weather. Snow sucks ass, I hate it, I drown in it every single year, but, I wouldn't refuse to go to a place because of some white shit that comes around. If she is holding you back from what you want to do in life, I'd drop her in an instant. Just my opinion. No one should hold themselves back in life because of someone else. Just a week ago, some dude in line at Tim Horton's was chatting about how he wanted to move to NYC and his wife didn't so he divorced her. I lol'd.

Anyway, the fact that he shits on Canada's health care system because of one incident is laughable.
