Brian Pillman Jr. teases huge opportunity coming up

He's had performances where I've said "why is he not used more" followed by performances where I said "oh that's why"

There is potential, I could easily buy him as a successful tag guy at the least
Alright and thank you

So, is Junior even that good? I barley watched any of his matches or work, and I am genuinely curious if he is or he falls flat.
To put it this way, and this isn't demeaning him or his talents. Going to NXT and getting trained by WWE is going to be the best thing for Pillman. His ring work I would say is alright and his mic work not the greatest. Repetition and people like the PC has could really do Pillman well.

I agree with this take. The only thing I would be careful with is expecting him to get a big push right off the bat. Dragon Lee came in with more cache and is losing consistently. Not exactly the big push everyone was hoping for. But I digress, I think this will be Pillmans make it or break it run

I would say Lee is losing a lot because of the obvious statement that can be made lol

and there's a murderers row of people looking the get called up asap, so I hope he is ready for a good 2 years there
I would agree. I really haven't seen any shoot interviews or anything of his to really have a gauge on what I think of him outside of the ring, but I really hope he has the mindset of what might be a couple years of getting trained for tv.

Ill even extend it to my precious AEW. American Companies book too many luchadores to have amazing matches they ultimately lose. WWE, AEW and yes even Impact are super guilty of this
I never said or was going to say IMPACT and others weren't guilty. The main problem is most companies book Luchadores or Luchadoras as if it is different wrestling when it isn't

Oh I just wanted to not exclude anyone, it's a issue Ive noticed before. GCW books em pretty good tho. old ROH used to as well but TK ROHless so

I understand covering all your bases, and GCW does book them good enough and old ROH used them very well. I have no real say on the current ROH

Lucha Bros won the tag titles. lost them on their first defence months later.

they feature a lot of luchas. but its a far cry from Bandido and Rush as world champions
