The Bloodline screwed Cody out of the world title last year so naturally Cody wants revenge. Except not at the biggest PPV of the year. Maybe some other time. Or maybe not if Roman actually loses the title to the Rock, which is entirely possible in kayfabe and real life.

There is some delicious irony to HHH getting out politicked by The Rock after how HHH treated people on his way up.

I agree with KrossRhodes that bringing back an old writer is a step backwards even if I think HHH is overrated by a lot of people. To me, this feels like a power play by Rock AND a standby for Endeavour in case they need to cut HHH in the upcoming scandal. Even if I think Punk is a total cunt, I'd give him the book whilst injured and think of an actual plan if you have to cut HHH but that's me.
