I'm fine with them winning the belts. I'm even pretty much fine with it happening at a house show, though that does make it seem a little less special and makes me curious as to why they decided to have the belts change hands that way. Only thought right now would be maybe trying to build up more excitement for house shows, as something Snow mentioned with this now putting more meaning behind house shows. I know title changes happen sometimes at house shows, but usually it's such a rare occurrence that when you're at en event with title matches it's pretty much, "Yawn. Know how this one will play out." In this case it would have completely caught the audience off guard.
Either way, I'll be interested to see how this goes and if the reasoning for having it happen at a house show is ever explained.
