WWE Universe, Lilian Garcia is back in a WWE ring!


Returning to WWE full-time after a more than two-year hiatus, Lilian will be SmackDown’s new ring announcer! It’s her first time joining WWE’s flagship Friday night brand.


Lilian debuted as a Raw ring announcer in August 1999. She’s the only Diva to celebrate a decade with WWE, retiring in September 2009 after her 10-year anniversary.


The bilingual Diva made WWE history by becoming the first female to announce WrestleMania, at WrestleMania 22. She has performed the National Anthem at hundreds of WWE, NBA, New York Jets games and other sporting events. Lilian’s Spanish language debut album, “¡Quiero Vivir!,†was released in October 2007, and featured Latin recording artist Jon Secada.

Smackdown's getting interesting lately, so I think it's a good move to put her there. She's way better than Tony Chimmel.

Came as a surprise to me, didn't expect her to return any time soon. I hope she doesn't take over Justin Roberts as the RAW Ring Announcer as I like him and find him very good.
Good that she's taking over Tony Chimel on Smackdown, the brand needs a better announcer and Tony Chimel is boring.

The only thing she has over Tony Chimmel is a pair of tits, and even that is negated by her horse face.

Shes awful, only just better than Justin Roberts.

Minor stuff in the grand scheme of things, but an unwelcome change nontheless.

Didn't expect this at all as I didn't realise she wanted to return to WWE. I am glad that she hasn't taken over from Justin Roberts because he has done a really good job since since taking over RAW. I don't mind her doing Smackdown since Tony Chimmel isn't that interesting as an announcer.

What is the bet that this will lead to some strudel and pie jokes involving The Rock and Lillian?

I guess it's nice to see her back, ring announcers though aren't really a big deal though. I'm sure she'll do fairly well with how WWE books stuff they just have to put up with a role like hers.
