I don't care what anyone else thinks. My opinion has never changed. A muderer is a matter, there's no grey area. Yes, medical conditions can affect judgement/actions, but the result is still constant. I don't have this opinion because "hating Benoit makes everything better" as suggested above, but rather because it is my opinion on murderer's over-all.

Tbh, I'm not concerned with the fact that him being labeled a murderer, since technically, that is true. It's the lack of respect and spit in the face of his career some of the blueberries on here showed, which even before this wasn't justified, IMO.

Exactly.

Yes, he DID he commit the act, but he had a disorder that made him do so. The difference between Beniot and someone who is naturally sick and twisted is that Beniot had a legit disorder which caused him to do this. Sure, the disorder may have been sick, but I fail to see how the "normal" Beniot was sick. I mean, sure it seems "right" to call someone naturally disgusting when they commit a murder and just say that he deserved death, but theres more to it than that and you must take in all the facts.

He is still a murderer. It doesn't matter what disorder he had. Most seriel killers had something wrong with them. It doesn't make them any better.

Originally WWE stated they were taking all refrences to benoit off their website. well today on WWE.COM they listed in honor of the WWE bringing back HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE Benoit's name among the title holders. now if they had truly gotten rid of it when he won it and lost it, there would have been a NA during his time period.

But the difference is, it's not as though Benoit smoked his brains out and did lines of crack everyday, he was possibly born with this disorder, a very serious disorder to the damn brain, which was probably further damaged by putting his life on the line, or should I say taking his own life, for all of YOU people and then you say he shouldn't be in the Hall of Fame and he doesn't deserve respect because he is a murderer. So my point is, look outside the lines, it is suspected he was a murderer yes, but that shouldn't scar him for the rest of his life everytime his name is mentioned. The facts are there.

This topic still sparks so much debate... Basically how I see things... Is he a great in-ring performer? Yes. Was he a murderer? Yes. Was he in the right state of mind? No. Did the finding about his brain explain his actions? Yes. Is it an excuse? No. Is steroids or other drugs the cause? Hell no! Is steroids and other drugs acceptable? No. Should changes still be made in the wrestling business? Hell yeah!

I just found this:

It's interesting they didn't find steroid damage though, one positive.

This would also put part of the blame on the wrestling schedule as these disorders are attributed to repeated blows to the head.
appearances.

This can mean to things.
WWE will stop over working there wrestlers. (good)

WWE will tone the stiffness down.
For example Chair shots too the head, Smacking head on turnbuckle.
Ect. Witch in a way is kind of bad.

Its ironic that is Video about him is called "HardKnocks."
