BREAKING: Goldberg signs 2-year deal

Wrestling Observer reports that Goldberg has inked a new 2-year contract with WWE said to be in the range of 4-5 million a year. It is unknown whether or not he will be at Wrestlemania, but sources say he could appear on WWE television as early as the day after, similar to how Brock Lesnar made his return in 2012. No further details are available at this time.

Sources also say this was a surprise that Vince McMahon wanted to keep quiet and was reportedly furious when reports surfaced on Twitter.

Wow, this is pretty humongous news. It's crazy they are just now doing this a week from Mania. This could be who Cena will be feuding with after he gets the title back. Now that I've read this, I've lost all hope of a Cena heel turn. Obvious Cena/Goldberg feud on the horizon. Damn it.

Soooo, it might be a hoax by the Wrestling Observer, much like their legitimate material lol. I'll wait and see before believing this is true, but Goldberg I remember once saying, he didn't like the product in 2003 because it wasn't good for his fans (children at that point), so him coming back during this era would not surprise me but this isn't believe able.

This is kinda like saying Peter Dinklage won't be returning for Season 4 of GoT at this point in time.
