if by 'that' factor you mean 'it' factor, I think most agree you can't really learn that. You have it or you don't.

I threw up reading this. Fuck CM Punk, he has enough threads, we don't need to bring him up in Maddox threads.

Besides, since when the fuck is Punk the poster child for it factor? The dude doesn't even have an it factor in my view.
