Such a shame he didn't get the goal. I dislike the club but can acknowledge Ferguson is one of the greatest ever.
I know, he's the ultimate professional, doesn't want the spotlight, just loves football.

Honestly what is it you dislike? They're just a classy club imo, just look at the Swansea flags at the start of the game. Serious question though as I'm honestly curious what it is you dislike lol?

The fanbase is awful on the whole and tends to be incredibly hypocritical especially when it comes to inflated fees, they fail to acknowledge a lot of their title wins were due to inflated resources (Man U outspent everyone practically before Chelsea's takeover Rio for 28, Rooney for 30, even spending 20 odd on Veron.) plus I hate how so many people claim to support them without ever stepping into Manchester. The favorable decisions they get (all big clubs get them though so that's not solely to them) Alot of it is probably jealously too, I can't stand the entire brand they've become but I'd take it in a heartbeat for Wednesday. Hell if Dave Richards had been a bit smarter it could have been us (picking up Cantana / pushing the connection with the sky office more as they invaded football)

Basically it breaks down into the fans being moronic and envy.

Brilliant finish by Ferdinand.

And can't really argue with you seabs, I agree the majority of support is awful, I have a few mates who support United who've no intention to ever go to a game.
And I don't like how highly they spend but it's not half as bad as Chelsea and City imo.

I just like how professional they are tbh, and if Boro had that kind of money I'd be furious if we didn't spend it.

Anyway, opinions are opinions just happy for SAF and Scholes and glad they won. Gonna be so strange without SAF.

I love him so much. And Giggs pushing Scholes forward for a speech was hilarious.

Gonna miss Sir Alex and Scholes, they've made football a much better game.

Can't hate such a wrong post more than this, but cba going down that road.

What a speech from Fergie. Got a lil' emotional. I'm so glad he urged the fans to support Moyes as well, and mentioning Fletcher was as classy as it gets. Fantastic day.

I loved the Fletcher mention. So much class from Ferguson throughout that, he's so happy to let others get the spotlight, even in his retirement speech.

Thought of you when he mentioned Fletcher. Knew you'd like that.

Lmao, I must be the biggest Fletcher mark going. He was, in many ways, similar to 2013 Carrick a few years ago. I'm sure Fergie ashley once stated that Fletcher was his most important player.
