I went cause I need new glasses as my current frames are falling apart.

They did eye health stuff and then said I was done. Said they weren't doing a new prescription. I was like why not? I didn't give them my vision insurance. I told them I specifically asked you they needed it and they said no.

Now I'm at square one. I didn't like the guy anyway (first time there) so it is what it is. But so angry at the way that shit went down it put me in a bad mood. I'm hoping my eyes get better in 13 hours as I got work at 645AM.

yeah I expect it to, but this was the first time I had a hard time driving home afterwards so I'm worried in combination with being pissed off.

I have to get them done every year for a diabetic eye exam so I always know the drive home is gonna be fun

I haven't been to the doctor of eye in a few years now. My OG Eye Doctor died, the guy who was working with him took over the practice. I liked him but he sold to some conglomorate and started working with them. They closed the location I went to (2 towns away) wanting me to instead go like a 15-20 minute drive and the guy I liked left the practice never to be heard from again. My mom and dad went to the new practice once and despised the office staff there.

Now that I started Eye Doctor shopping I need to find a round 2. Gonna ask around for reccomendations first probably. My brother and parents all went to this guy and liked him but he was really weird and they fucked me over so fuck him.

This round was great. 60's music always gives you a special type of feeling, it's hard to describe. Just something about that era.

Also I'm thankful it got me listening to Beach Boys again, because what the hell have I been doing all this time without them in the rotation.

You can always use some more Beach Boys in your life.
