It made me notice that sometimes Spotify will just replace an original version with a remastered and they get removed from your playlist. I had to re-add Paul's Boutique bc of that once and they changed the song structure at the end which made it less fun on my shuffle lol

This is something I've been seeing lately, and I think I've only noticed it on my hella long playlists. Though if that were the case, at least you'd know a song was missing. I know the crisis has already been averted, I just wanted to share.

Speaking of songs being taken off Spotfiy, I got a whole Jax EP that's been taken off Spotify.

Thankfully I got them all on my flash drive, so I need to get those added to my laptop from when I had bought the album back in the day lmao.

Back when I had a computer that had a CD drive, I used to get CDs from the library and load them onto my computer. When I got my current laptop I transferred the songs to it. I have two Beach Boys albums that are not on Spotify. They were two of the last they released before they stopped recording and broke up in the 90's. One, Still Cruisin' was the only Beach Boys studio album to have Kokomo on it (the song was originally released on the soundtrack to the movie Cocktail). The other one, Summer in Paradise, I still own the CD because of its amazing cover art.

I checked and I have 3,229 songs on my computer totaling approximately 204 hours of music.

A good few songs on this list I haven't heard before. As previously stated, the 80s aren't a go-to for me, we'll see if any jump off the page.

I was about to post that I could hear my neighbor's music and that they're playing 80's songs, but it turns out it's my own alarm clock-radio. I've got an "old school" alarm clock-radio that I set to wake me up to a radio station that plays 70's and 80's pop/rock music and I got up well before my alarm today and forgot to turn it off.

This list is so good, I would have voted against the song I picked even if I didn't have to. Of the 22 songs, I have 17 on at least one personal Spotify playlist of mine.
