Mark Wahlberg was supposed to be on the same plane, but last minute decided to go to some film festival. Michael Jackson, was supposed to also be on one of the planes, but stayed up late talking to his mom and sister, and caused him to miss his flight.

He did however get one of the last flights out of new york after sony gave him use of their plane and denied it to Mark Wahlberg. Rumor was he also had some friends on the flight.
