Town can still catch 3 of their 4 targets off roles.

1. that requires town to EXACLTY cop the 3 scum players AND not cross check. aka poyser magic to perfectly not cross check and check the right targets every night. thats really really realllyyy low chance
2. the same argument can be made for mafia. there r only 8 town this game, 2 of which r cops. thats 1/4 chance to roleblock a cop each night. the chance increases with every claim and at a certain point the mafia will be able to clearly tell who is cop from who isnt.
3. one of the cops require to be killed to activate, so its practically useless until killed, and can be roleblocked while killed
4. there is a 1/4 chance to kill the cops just randomly. there r 2 kills each night from mafia/sk so cops have a really high chance of being killed
