really? 9-2-1 feels pretty balanced to me

even more so than 9-3 lol

2 is 16%. Mafia should be 21-27%.

my issue with this is a 3 mafia team wud only need 3 mislynches to win. thats kind of too easy no?

i always disliked 9-3 ratios. 10-3 is much healthier, or 8-2. but 9-3 is awkward lmao

9-2-1 on the other hand works because mafia needs 3 mislynches while also needing to avoid getting killed by serial. its a bit tougher but more or less same number of mislynches needed provided that the serial can kill atleast 1 townie for the mafia.

a mafia team of X members should need X + 1 mislynches usually

3 members shud need 4 mislynches. else its kind of easy

2 members shud need 3 mislynches, which wud be more balanced. 9-2-1

if this is 9-3 then i hope town has some sort of hidden double voter

Mafia should never be lower than a fifth of the game.

25% mafia and 33% nontown is the gold standard, typically. And with 12 players that’s a perfect 8-3-1.

At least I wouldn’t include one. A game this small, just make it town and mafia.

Doesn’t have to be early. It would be even worse later.

Imagine getting to night 4 and thinking you have a shot and the SK kills half your team, lmao.

they can have limits

mafia had a 1x bulletproof. so did serial

can limit them to only shoot in even nights

if the mafia doesnt get rid of serial by night 4 or find him atleast he kinda deserves to win
