usually i'm not a big fan of video game movies but this franchise is kind of perfect for an over the top action comedy. there's not a huge amount of story to it so they could basically do what they want and have some characters show up for fan service and be done.

Just like I had good vibes with another project based off of a Game like Fallout I see it with Borderlands. I don't know the Story and I hope they can bring in more people to go see it for ones who don't know the Story or never played the Games.

This is getting BAD reviews. I do want to see it still despite having been slightly hesitant about it in the first place.

I was concerned when the trailer turned it into a knock off Guardians of the Galaxy but I like enough Eli Roth movies to have had hope. These reviews are brutal and that hope has waned.
