i dunno about booker on the right, you can hardly see him.
tk.gfx is barely visible, but that dont really matter.

Looks like you're still kinda new to photoshop, but the banner isn't bad. The background looks good, but I suggest erasing the black lines with a grunge brush so they don't cover the pictures so much. Main cut stands out too much, you need to blend it into the graphic more, maybe with some lighting or colouring. Text looks bad because of the yellow outer glow; I seriously don't see why you left it on default colour. Change it to red and the banner will look pretty nice in my opinion as the font is great.
