Wrestlemania 26 is upon us

Raw:

The reignited rivalry between Mr. Mcmahon and Bret Hart continues after Elimination Chamber when Big Show was successful in beating Randy Orton where the World's Largest Athlete was rewarded by a title shot at Wrestlemania 26. On the other side, Orton isn't happy with his lost as he made an explosive arrival on Raw, beating his former allies, Cody Rhodes and Ted Dibiase inside their locker room and he confronted Mr. Mcmahon where he just got ambushed by Sheamus from behind. With this, Bret Hart showed up again and thanked Randy Orton for putting himself on the side of the Harts. This made Orton tell the truth that he has been a Bret Hart Fan since he was a kid that he will never wanted to "Kill a Legend" of the Excellence of Execution. This leaves for Mcmahon then to put Randy Orton inside the doghouse until Wrestlemania, as he faces Sheamus.

Edge and Christian paid a visit to Raw to continue their rivalry as they team up Jerishow and DX in a Six Man Tag but unfortunately before the match, Christian was found unconcious inside his locker room that leaves DX to face Edge and Jerishow in a 3 on 2 Handicap Match. With the Tag Team Champions having the upperhand in the match, Christian showed up to help his teammates. Christian rushes to their corner to get a tag from Shawn Michaels but then he made a shocking turn as he gives HBK a Killswitch and it ended the match to a 4 on 2 assault. On the next Raw, Christian returns with Edge now in his side. The brothers explained what just happened on the match and told the fans that they settled their difference and got one thing on their minds, and that is becoming a Tag Team Champions again. The two then challenged DX to a tag team match at Wrestlemania for the Unified Tag Titles where the two didn't think twice and they accepted it.

With Big Show becoming the No. 1 Contender for the John Cena's WWE Championship, Chris Jericho returned to Raw to congratulate his partner as he held an official "tribute party" for Big Show. With the two having a great time inside the ring, Jericho suddenly beat Big Show from behind by beating his head with the punch bowl and he totally knock the Giant outcold. After the brutal assault, WWE announced that Big Show won't get to Wrestlemania and it hangs his title opportunity against Cena. Then Jericho steps up into the scene and he challenges Cena for the title but then he was interrupted by Kofi Kingston and told him that it isn't easy to get a title shot and just because he just beaten the no. 1 contender, he can enter the match at Wrestlemania 26. This leaves for both men to face off at Raw to determine who's the No. 1 Contender but then it ended with No Contest. With only few days to Wrestlemania and there is still no match for the WWE Championship, this made the Chairman decide to put Jericho and Kingston with Cena in a Triple Threat Match for the WWE Championship.

There will be four lucky Raw guys who will be entering the Money in the Ladder Match and qualifying matches where held at Raw where Miz, Evan Bourne, Shelton Benjamin and Jack Swagger got their respective spots. After having a shot, Shelton Benjamin is on a verge of winning the briefcase but then the US Champion Miz is on his way especially when he beat him with for the US title. '

After Melina having an injury after TLC, the Diva's Championship was put on the line in a Tournament where Maryse won it to recapture the title. As Maryse continues to become the best Diva in the company, she also announced that she will be doing Playboy to make history as the first Diva's Champion to pose for the said magazine. As Maryse continues to shine above the division, one unhappy woman wasn't happy about it and she none other than the Women's Champion, Michelle McCool. McCool told the Diva's Champion that she was never impressed by the champion and she thinks she is disgrace for posing at Playboy with her plastic toy belt. The heated rivalry leads to Wrestlemania 26 where both titles are on the line in a Unification Match.

Smackdown

After winning the Royal Rumble, John Morrison is on a roll with his continuing winning streaks and his notable win against Dolph Ziggler at EC to retain himself of being the Rumble winner. With his impressive ways, Batista is still not afraid of the young superstar and he believes that he is just a joke of facing him for the title at Wrestlemania 26. Morrison then proved the Animal wrong as he came inside the ring to confront him that turned into a fight and ends with Morrison getting the upperhand after he nails Batista with the Starship of Pain. At the next SD, a very mad Animal approaches Morrison during his match against Drew McIntyre where he sends the No. 1 Contender to the table with a Spinebuster. After destroying the Shaman like a rag doll, Batista told him that he is still not afraid of losing the title to a guy like John Morrison.

Rey Mysterio finally spoke about his sudden change and continues assault with the Undertaker. Rey told that he is still the Mask Marvel that everyone loved but he had something he dreamed that he want to happen and that is to beat Undertaker at Wrestlemania 26 to end his streak. With no thinking twice, the Undertaker speaks out and he accepted Rey Mysterio's challenge. After the match was put to place, Rey told the Deadman that he respects him but he isn't afraid of the Big Phenom.

CM Punk continues to dominate with his ECW Title and the Straightedge Followers but then a man made his big comeback to spoil Punk's hotstreak and he is none other than Jeff Hardy. Hardy returns to stop what is Punk trying to say anything bad about that put them in a big brawl inside the ring. As the smoke clears, the match then was made between the two for the ECW Championship and for Jeff Hardy, he just made a big statement to Punk by beating Luke Gallows in a match then putting him down a table with a death defying leap.

The Hart Dynasty continues to rise up the tag team division with the Legacy on the other brand and with the World's Strongest Team and Cryme Tyme behind. Then it was announced that there will be a Fatal Four Way Match at Wrestlemania 26 with all four team squaring off and the winner will become the next opponents for the Unified Tag Team Champions.

Drew McIntyre continues to become much impressive on Smackdown that he made a Chosen One Challenge for his Intercontinental Championship. The cocky Scotsman challenge any former Intercontinental Champions to face him in a match at Wrestlemania and before it happens, he already beat some past IC Champs like the Honky Tonk Man, Roddy Piper and Val Venis but then another man will make his big comeback by accepting the young cocky superstar's challenge and he is Ricky the Dragon Steamboat. After showing how great he was last year when he faced Chris Jericho, he will be trying his luck to become the Intercontinental Champion again by facing Drew McIntyre at Wrestlemania.

Matt Hardy wants to be his brother and he thinks Wrestlemania will be the start for him as he won a spot for the Money in the Bank Ladder Match. Along with Yoshi Tatsu, Kane and Dolph Ziggler, Matt Hardy is ready and wanted to bring the case to Smackdown.

I got you Levi. I'm ughh on Kingston being in the main event. One new face is enough at WM imo, lol. Also, triple threats are usually held when two of the stars cant hold out a good singles match. I believe Cena & Y2J could hold a great match! My favorite storyline was def. Bret Hart & Orton versus McMahon's & who ever they use. Mysterio vs. 'Taker is good... Just not for a WM. I don't want to be a hater Levi, I'm just saying my points. There was a lot of good too though, MITB looks good, although IDK why Matt would want to be Jeff :roflmao:. Great way to bring back Hardy btw, and stripping Punk of a belt is good! Even if you didn't say it would happen, come on, Punk beating a returning Jeff Hardy? I'd be like WTF! Christian & Edge vs. DX is good on paper. The build was decent as well. Morrison & Batista was also a favorite of the site. Many people have longed to see this match for some reason. Ugh, returning Legends two years in a row? Its alright. Acceptable. Drew McIntyre v. Steamboat has a good, simple idea. Overall: 8.5/10

Elimination Chamber~

WWE Championship Elimination Chamber:
(Order of Entry: Triple H, Shawn Michaels, Sheamus, Ted Dibiase Junior, Chris Jericho, Randy Orton)

- The first to be eliminated was the Irishman after a group effort by the three faces of the match. Sheamus was hit with a Superkick from HBK, which led into a Pedigree by the defending champion. Lastly, Dibiase connected with a dropping fist from the second rope then covered to eliminate Sheamus.

- Second to go was defiantly the surprise of the night, as Randy Orton, the freshest man in the chamber, slithered in like the snake he his, and was picking off everyone. He then went to attack his enemy, Dibiase. Dibiase saw him coming, and just unloaded the biggest beat down he’s giving all career long. He busted Orton’s forehead open slightly, and then Orton repelled with a lowblow. Orton leapt in the air for the RKO, but Dibiase caught him, and slammed him with the Cobra Clutch Slam!

- Dibiase’s roll of two eliminations was put to an end when Orton decided to go wild after his elimination. The securities and EMT’s held him back, and took him outside as he tried to get past to attack an on looking Dibiase. The distraction proved enough, as Dibiase turned around right into a Codebreaker from Y2J.

- Next, we had the elimination that turned the night. Y2J ducked a Superkick, which instead inadvertently hit HBK’s partner HHH. HBK surprised, and trying to revive HHH. Shawn turned around to defend Trips from Chris Jericho, but it was too late as Jericho connected with his Codebreaker on Shawn Michaels! Shawn was out cold as Chris celebrated, and pinned him.

- Shawn was shocked about his elimination, as he sat up and covered his face, the referees not even attempting to bother him. HBK was saddened by his loss. In the meanwhile, Triple H and Chris did battle. Triple H eventually overpowered Jericho, and connected with a Spinebuster. HHH picked the cold Jericho up, and prepared for the Pedigree. HHH however, decided to dedicate the victory to his partner HBK, as he held Y2J between his legs, he turned to point at Shawn, but Shawn responded unexpectedly. The Band was tuned as Shawn played HHH’s title reigns’ final note. Triple H then fell to the side, and Jericho fell on him hooking the leg, and breaking up the most storied team of all time.

WHC Elimination Chamber with Edge as Special Referee;
(Order of Entry: The Undertaker, Rey Mysterio, the Big Show, Matt Hardy, Batista, CM Punk)

- The first Elimination of the Smackdown! Chamber was Big Show’s after Rey Mysterio connected with a 619 that ran Big Show right into a Tombstone Piledriver from Undertaker.

- Next, was the elimination of Matt Hardy who was speared by Batista ruthlessly.

- Third was the elimination of the California Mexican, as Rey Mysterio was climbing up the cell for a jumping maneuver, but CM Punk followed him up, and did battle upon the cell. CM Punk debuted his new finisher the Pepsi Plunge, and sent Mysterio packing.

- After, we had Batista dominating Undertaker. He hit two consecutive Batista Bombs on the champion, and was preparing for his last spear. Batista wanted to make sure his nemesis was done for good. Batista measured the groggy Undertaker, and as Undertaker faced the approaching Animal, CM Punk shoved Undertaker out of the way! Batista ran his injured shoulder right into the corner, and CM Punk rolled up Batista for the elimination.

- Batista wasn’t going to go easy. Batista speared the hell out of CM Punk upon leaving, and this led to Undertaker hitting the Last Ride on CM Punk for the win.

ECW Championship Extreme Rules Match;
Christian versus Rob Van Dam©

- Christian put up a hell of a fight once again but was put down after RVD countered the KillSwitch into a back suplex through a barbed wire table, proceeded by the 5*Frogsplash.

Women’s Championship Battle Royal:
Every RAW Diva
- Beth Phoenix regained her belt after sending Maria flying with a Gorilla Press Slam.

Unified Tag Team Championship Tag Team Match
John Morrison & Drew McIntyre versus Tyson Kidd© & David Hart Smith©

- Morrison had the match won after connecting with the Moonlight Drive. As he covered, The Miz came out and pulled Morrison out. The Miz then beat down John, and sent him through the stairs, and busted him open with the ring bell. The DQ win allowed The Hart Dynasty to retain.

Diva’s Championship Singles Match
Gail Kim versus Michelle McCool©

- Gail Kim wins after countering a Faith Breaker into a bridge pin.

RAW’s On Route to Phoenix, Arizona:

Following Elimination Chamber, the world was shocked. We had a new WWE Champion, and one of the most storied tag teams of all time broke up, again. Chris Jericho, again, the reigning WWE Champion, celebrated immediately after EC, and did what he hasn’t done all New Year long, popped bottles. Chris Jericho decided to bring out his occasional partner Big Show, and asked Shawn Michaels to come out. HBK didn’t respond, but the party kept on going in this main event. The party was shut down however, once “Metallungus†broke speakers throughout the arena, and the 2010 Royal Rumble winner arrived to RAW. Edge called Y2J out, and came down to the ring where he battled Jerishow. Edge pulled the ropes on Big Show, causing him to stumble outside, and then he speared his former partner, and current WWE Champion, Y2J! Edge made his plans for Wrestlemania 26 very clear tonight, and throughout the next coming weeks as Y2J, and Edge did battle throughout RAW. Now, with WM only 2 weeks away, Saturday Night’s Main Event came along, and a tag team match was promised as the RAW main event. With both opposing sides having a partner of choice, WWE Champion, Jericho chose his partner Big Show, but Edge shocked the world as he arrived Saturday Night with his brother Christian! One of WWE’s most historic Tag Team duo returns at Saturday Night’s Main Event, but will they be victorious over this past year’s most successful team?

As for the other ‘big deal’ on RAW, Degeneration X reformed in 2006. They separated after a year of HHH’s injury, but reformed in 2008, and went full force in 2009. They’ve been world champions before and even Tag Team Champions together, but one thing always got in the way of their friendship, and that was personal success. Triple H, always the one to screw somebody over. He did it with Evolution, he did it with Ric Flair, and he even did it with his own family, the McMahon’s. Hunter’s never been one to trust, but as of late, he’s been a faithful partner to HBK. This all hit the fan, when HHH was screwed by HBK in the Elimination Chamber. HHH didn’t even show his face the Monday Night RAW afterwards, and neither did HBK. Every staff member on RAW believed something had happened between the two, outside of RAW. The next week, HBK had a match with Sheamus, which saw HBK spanking some ass, but towards the end, all hell broke loose. Triple H returned, and attacked HBK. Triple H spinebustered Shawn in the ring, then went outside for his Sledgehammer, but was too late as HBK left the ring pointing at HHH. The next week, we saw HHH call HBK out. HBK did so, but the two stayed apart as HHH was in the ring, and Shawn was at the entrance. HHH asked Shawn “why?â€, and Shawn said because of revenge. Shawn explained how HHH was always more successful when he really didn’t deserve it. Who represented DX while HHH was gone? Who lost in the elimination chamber due to worrying about his partners well being? Everything led back to Trips, and Triple H said well there’s only one way to settle the dispute. Triple H challenged Shawn to a match. Shawn told Triple H no. Instead, they well invoke in not a normal match, for normal people. They will go head to head in a match they’ve never faced each other in, an Iron Man Match. At Saturday Night’s Main Event, the two will interact with another RAW feud involving Randy Orton, and Ted Dibiase Junior in an Opponent Switch Up Scenario, who will be victorious in their match?

Also on RAW, is the feud between a former Master-Apprentice duo, Randy Orton and Ted Dibiase Junior. The Legend Killer and the Legend in the Making have been feuding since the Royal Rumble, and at EC Dibiase proved to be a force to be reckoned with after he eliminated a fresh Randy Orton. Orton tried to get him back, but was unable to physically. Instead, he caused a distraction which also cost Junior the match. After EC, the two wrestled, barely, and Orton cost Junior several matches. Team Priceless reunited one night to wrestle against Randy Orton and Sheamus on RAW, but Orton RKO’d Rhode to win the match. Ever since the win, Orton’s had the upper hand on every RAW scenario. At SNME, these two will wrestle two also feuding ex-partners in a Opponent Switch Up Match, but will they interfere in one, and another’s match?

From RAW, the following have qualified for the annual Money in the Bank Ladder Match, MVP went over Chris Masters, and Sheamus defeated Evan Bourne. Also, Cody Rhodes defeated Mark Henry in an upset to qualify. Now, all four of the men mentioned, and four others will meet for the MITB at WMXXVI, but first, at SNMES they will meet up to speak their opinions about one, and another on MVP’s the VIP Lounge. What will go down?

Smackdown! Rivalries, Disputes, and Turns:

Over on the Smackdown! side of things, everyone had expected Edge to challenge Undertaker for his belt, but he decided to jump ship over to RAW for Y2J’s WWE Championship. Now with no No.1 contender for Undertaker to face, Theodore Long decided to hold a Tournament. The tournament featured eight matches in the preliminaries, which were won by CM Punk, Rey Mysterio, Batista, and a shocking new member to the SD! family, John Cena! John Cena, saying he came to SD! because he dominated RAW, and needed some new challenges. John Cena then went on to defeat Batista in the semi-finals of the tournament after adjusting the attitude of the Animal. This wasn’t all on Cena’s agenda however, as he promised to one way or another, battle Undertaker and end his streak. Undertaker responded to John Cena by magically setting one of Cena’s prized muscle cars on fire. John Cena went to the burial site of Undertaker’s parents and removed the tombstones as well! The feud was getting seriously out of hand, and Cena still hadn’t even qualified officially for his title match. Now, with Cena qualified for the finals at SNME, he watched over the other semi-finals which involved Rey Mysterio, and CM Punk. Cena stayed calm the whole match, and bashed both of them on commentary, saying that they should both join the Diva’s division as light as they are. Eventually, CM Punk won the match, and celebrated his victory, but was attacked from behind as John Cena bashed him with a lead pipe, then tossed the pipe out saying he doesn’t need a weapon. Cena F-U’d the Straightedge Superstar, and the crowd was shocked at Cena’s official turn to the dark side. Something we have all been longing to see. Now, CM Punk & John Cena will due battle to see who faces the Phenom at WMXXVI. Can Punk prevail the Attitude Adjusted Cena?

Batista, and CM Punk had a rivalry going on after EC, but creative must have put it on hold now that CM Punk may go to the SD! main event, will the feud reignite?

ECW & Inter-Brand:
The ECW Championship regained popularity recently with the return of RVD in 2010. Because of this, we were given two classic matches, and now with Christian out of the way, one wonders who will go against RVD at Wrestlemania XXVI. This question will be answered in an ECW Open Battle Royale at SNME! Who will come out victorious?

Also, Vince McMahon announced at WMXXVI the unification of the Diva & Women’s championship won’t be the only belts coming together, as the IC & US Championship will also be unified in a match at WMXXVI. This is due to the brewing feud between John Morrison & The Miz that can only get more, and more out of scale. At SNME, the two opponents will team up with female counterparts in an Inter-Brand Champions exclusive Smackdown! Versus RAW match! Who will win?

Saturday Nights Main Event~

Smackdown! No. 1 Contender Tournament Finals
John Cena versus CM Punk

- In an epic match, Cena was given quite the run for his money, and almost lost after CM Punk countered an F-U into a Pepsi Plunge, but the end came after Batista ran into the ring, and Speared the hell out of CM Punk. The crowd went crazy, as Cena capitalized, and locked in his STF-U. Punk tapped out immediately. Following the match, Undertaker came out at the entrance, then the lights disappeared, and he appeared in the ring where he chokeslammed John Cena!

Tag Team Match
Edge & Christian versus Chris Jericho & Big Show

- Edge & Christian made an impressive return, but fell short after Y2J trapped Christian in the Walls of Jericho, and Edge was handcuffed to a rope by Vicky Gurrero! Edge watched as Big Show chokeslammed Christian twice in a row, and Y2J then proceeded to lock in his finisher as mentioned above.

ECW Homecoming
Open to any past ECW Champions

- Sabu made a return, and eliminated William Regal for the win, and a shot at RVD or Christian at Wrestlemania.

Opponent Switch Up Match
Shawn Michaels versus Randy Orton

- Randy Orton finally lost to HBK in a fair bout after Shawn caught Orton in midair for an RKO, stood him up, pushed him to the ropes, then Randy came back into a Superkick for the pin. After the match, HHH came running down but with a Sledgehammer! He swung the hammer, but missed horribly. HBK followed up with a Lou Thez press, and then the two battled to not just outside of the ring, but through the entire facility. HHH sent HBK through the crowd, spinebustered him on the stairs, and HBK sent HHH flying over a rail that was an eight foot fall onto some stacked chairs, and tables. The two were separated by security once the brawl got out of hand.

Opponent Switch Up Match
Ted Dibiase Junior versus Triple H

- Ted Dibiase Junior was downed in a very fair match after Triple H nailed a Pedigree! Following the match, HHH helped Dibiase up, shook his hand, raised his arm, and wished him good luck at Wrestlemania.

VIP Lounge with all the MITB Competitors
- All the members were present except Big Show, and Christian. Everyone made fun of everyone, and after awhile, this led to Sheamus getting upset. Sheamus popped off on everyone in the ring, but Mysterio took him down with a 619! Mysterio went for the springboard attack to complete his finisher, but was caught in midair by MVP who connected with a chair shot! Mysterio was most defiantly out, as he rolled outside. MVP bragged about his strike, but Cody Rhodes snuck up from behind, and took him down with a Randy Orton inspired inverted headlock backbreaker! The crowd was going wild as Kingston disposed of McIntyre by throwing him outside, then running up, and connecting with his Trouble in Paradise! Kingston celebrated but his glory was cut short when Sheamus came in, and took his head off with a Big Boot to the back of the head. Sheamus finished the segment celebrating.

Inter-gender Tag Team Match
The Miz & Beth Phoenix versus John Morrison & Gail Kim

- Miz won the match for his team after crossing the line, and connecting with a Reality Check that could have possibly injured Gail Kim, the other end of the finisher.

RAW Wrestlemania Bound:

In the last two weeks before WMXXVI, Edge & Chris Jericho took place in a tag team match where they teamed up against The Hart Dynasty, and couldn’t coexist at all leading to Y2J hitting the Codebreaker on Edge, and leaving him to get pinned, but Edge fought through the match, and ended by spearing DHS for the win, as he won the tag team titles for himself, and his enemy. The next week, Y2J refused to hold any title with the scum known as Edge, and relinquished his titles, and in the main event, the two signed for their Wrestlemania match.

Following SNME, Ric Flair made a shocking return to try and keep HBK & HHH from exploding at Wrestlemania. He talked to both of them, and neither of them wanted to coexist. The next week, Ric Flair convinced HHH to back off from the match, but HBK still said no. Later on that night, the crowd thought HBK changed his mind, as he called Flair out to the ring. As Flair expected a positive response, instead he received a Superkick, and a brutal beating after HBK explained that it was also Flair’s fault he was never successful, and that instead of retiring Flair, he should have had a title match. HBK beat down Flair, prompting HHH to come out, and chase HBK.

Also on RAW, was the build up for Dibiase Junior versus Randy Orton. The two competed in a tag match, and Randy Orton RKO’d Ted Dibiase Sr. the Monday before Wrestlemania.

Smackdown! Two Weeks in Two Paragraphs:

Following SNME, John Cena & Undertaker signed for their match at Wrestlemania. Or at least they tried too. As Cena got to the ring, it was announced Undertaker already signed his contract, and as Cena held the paper up, it caught on fire randomly after the lights went out. Cena threw the paper down, and then the lights went out again. This time, the table was on fire, and the crowd went crazy chanting “PHENOM! PHENOM!â€. Cena told them to shut up, as he looked around, and the ropes caught on fire. The ring slowly began to be engulfed in flames, as Cena barely escaped. Cena backpedalling up the ramp, and surprised, the lights go out one more time. This time they stay off, as a huge explosion erupts on the stage of the ramp, causing Cena to fall down. Cena looks defiantly terrified as Undertaker’s voice is heard. He tells Cena he crossed the line, and that at Wrestlemania, it is over.

Also on Smackdown!, Batista sold his shoulder injury more, and more, and used it to play possum at times. CM Punk promised Batista is put down at Wrestlemania. Batista says that CM Punk won’t show his face after Wrestlemania is over. Who will stay true to their word?

ECW & Inter-Brand Build-up:

Sabu & RVD rehashed an old feud, and they built up for an Extreme Rules match that will definitely be a top match for the night. Who will walk out of Phoenix as the ECW Champion?

The Money in the Bank participants all wrestled in singles matches the first week, then the second week partook in a Battle Royale on the Smackdown! before Wrestlemania. Christian was victorious in the battle royal but was nearly injured by Sheamus, and Big Show who seemed to have formed an alliance going into the match. Cody Rhodes has his father, and his brother backing him up going into the match, and Kofi Kingston, and Drew McIntyre are feuding personally. Who will climb the ladder’s rungs, and score one of the most prized possessions in WWE?

Morrison & The Miz cut some promo's on each other, and Miz attacked John backstage the RAW before WM.

Gail Kim & Beth Poenix were being called the female counterpart of the US & IC Unification Match. They took place in a Pick You Poision scenario, and cut some interviews on each other during Smackdown! and Superstars.

Wrestlemania 26

WWE Championship
Randy Orton (c) vs John Morrison

Basically, Orton defeats Sheamus at the Rumble while JoMo goes onto win the big match later in the night after entering very early in the match. After Orton retains his title at Elimination Chamber in the main event, JoMo comes out and announces that he's moving to Monday Night's and is challenging Orton for the title at Wrestlemania 26. The two have a traditional rivalry with Morrison playing an uber face role and getting over like none thought he could.

World Heavyweight Championship
CM Punk (c) vs Edge

At the Royal Rumble, Rey Mysterio defeats the Undertaker for the World title and later in the night, CM Punk is unsuccessful in the show's main event. However, he qualifies for the SD Elimination Chamber match and at the event, he steals the title from Rey Mysterio, before brutally attacking him after the match and injuring him. Punk needs a new challenger, and after expressing this in a promo on the next SD, Edge returns and answers the challenge, making this a battle of the opportunists.

ECW Championship
Ezekiel Jackson (c) w/William Regal vs MVP

Ezekiel defeats Christian at the Royal Rumble to win the ECW title and later in the night, his mentor William Regal is eliminated from the Royal Rumble by MVP. On the next Raw, Regal leads Ezekiel out in attacking the Ballin Superstar and MVP returns the favor the next night on ECW, attacking Regal and Ezekiel with a chair. A rivalry is born, and after MVP announces his move to ECW Tiffany makes the title match for Wrestlemania. At Elimination Chamber, MVP defeats William Regal in a preview match.

Unified Tag Team Championships
The Hart Dynasty (c) w/Natalya vs The Hardy Boyz

After the Harts defeat DX for the titles on Christmas Day on Smackdown, they engage in a rivalry with the newly formed team of Matt Hardy and the Great Khali. At the Royal Rumble the Dynasty eliminate Khali from the 30 man match and injure the Punjabi Playboy a week before the scheduled title match, forcing Matt Hardy to find a new partner. The search takes place on Smackdown the weeks before EC, when he announces that he has the perfect partner. The next Smackdown, Jeff Hardy returns and the Hardys reunite, going after tag team gold one last time.

Women's/Divas Title Unification Match
Melina (c) v Beth Phoenix (c)

Melina stays fighting fit on Raw as she goes through all other divas, beating them in any type of match you can think of. Similiarly, on Smackdown, Beth Phoenix defeats Michelle McCool for the title before the Royal Rumble and also demolishes all comers with her power and strength. After a 8 diva elimination tag team match on Raw, Melina and Beth Phoenix find themselves as the last competitors and the match ends via time limit. The crowd want more, and so the Raw guest host gives it to them, announcing a match for Wrestlemania. On Smackdown, Vickie Guerrero ups the ante by making it a unification match.

United States/Intercontinental Title Winner Take All Match
The Miz (c) & Drew McIntyre (c) vs Kofi Kingston & R-Truth

The pairings of Miz/Kofi and Drew/Truth are having respectively heated rivalries on their brands, with the faces seemingly outsmarted by the heels. The young stars in Miz and McIntyre form an alliance in the Rumble match, using the numbers game for their own advantage until Kofi and Truth make their own alliance and eliminate them. Cross brand tension continues to brew until one week on Raw the host books Miz/Truth and Drew/Kofi in non title matches, with the faces winning both. A match is announced for Wrestlemania where the two teams go at it, and if the challengers win, the US title goes to Kofi while the Intercontinental title goes to Truth.

Money in the Bank Ladder Match
Christian vs Evan Bourne vs Shelton Benjamin vs Yoshi Tatsu vs Rey Mysterio vs Jack Swagger vs Dolph Ziggler vs Chris Jericho

Only 7 men qualified for the MITB match, with one man to be announced on the night; a surprise entrant. Evan Bourne and Yoshi Tatsu defeated Ted DiBiase and Cody Rhodes, Shelton Benjamin defeated Vance Archer, Christian defeated Carlito, Jack Swagger defeated Chris Masters, Dolph Ziggler defeated Primo and Chris Jericho defeated Mark Henry to qualify for the match. The surprise entrant turns out to be Rey Mysterio, who had been injured since Elimination Chamber thanks to CM Punk.

Triple H vs Sheamus

A rivalry that began after Sheamus lost his WWE title at the Royal Rumble. He got his rematch in the Elimination Chamber, where Triple H was also a participant. The Game eliminated Sheamus in the early goings of the match, shocking everyone who thought that the Celt would have more of a chance. On Raw, Sheamus wasn't happy as he called out HHH and words went round, attacks were orchestrated and a Wrestlemania match was booked.

The Undertaker vs John Cena

Taker went on Raw to address Shawn Michaels' challenge and declined the offer of a Wrestlemania rematch, declaring HBK as unworthy. However, before he could leave, John Cena approached him and told him that although he had won almost every title in the WWE, he had not had a shot at the streak. Taker told him to get lost, and Cena responded to this by viciously attacking Taker the next Smackdown. John's heel turn built up over the coming weeks, and he even cost Taker his World Heavyweight Championship with an attack at the Rumble. The Undertaker responded to this by interfering in the Rumble match and eliminating Cena, who wasn't happy. With two angry men and a Road to Wrestlemania in front of them, it wasn't long before a match was booked.

Shawn Michaels vs The Rock

HBK wasn't happy about the Undertaker rejecting his offer for a match at Wrestlemania, as now he had no match, with the title matches being snapped up and DX having disbanded a while ago. He floated around on Raw for a while, developing a losing streak in his misery. A few weeks before Wrestlemania, the Rock was the guest host and he decided to give Shawn a match that he surely would win, one against Hornswoggle. HBK threw the match, saying he didn't want Rocky's pity and the Brahma Bull didn't take kindly to this, booking SHawn in another match; one he had no chance of winning. This match was one at Wrestlemania 26, one against The Rock himself. Shawn was happy about getting a match at the Grandaddy of them All, but Rocky's cockiness started to bug him. After the Rock cost him a match that would continue his losing streak, HBK snapped and viciously attacked him, leaving him bloodied at the conclusion of Raw. With the crowd not supporting Shawn anymore, he became as ruthless as possible in the lead up to WM, with remorseless attacks and scalding promos directed at Rocky.

I think WWE may go against what everyone on the internet is saying about Legacy's future... I see them having Rhodes and Dibiase before having them turn on Orton, maybe actually having Orton turn on both of them after their fued.

I tried not to be too unrealistic in my card. I didn't want to use people like Stone Cold, The Rock, Jeff Hardy, etc because it's unlikely that they will be available. I'm taking what I've got and hopefully I put together something solid. I'm taking the Royal Rumble card (pretty much) as is, and booking from then on.

Royal Rumble 2010

Match 1: Christian[c] vs Ezekiel Jackson [ECW Championship]
Whatever. Fuck Ezekiel. Christian wins despite Regallian interference.
Winner and still ECW Champion: Christian

Match 2: The Miz[c] vs MVP [United States Championship]
I’m adding this to the card, because I can. MVP wins.
Winner and new US Champion: MVP

Match 3: Michelle McCool[c] vs Mickie James [Women's Champion]
Women suck at wrestling. Michelle McCool can win due to Layla getting involved.
Winner and still Women’s Champion: Michelle McCool

Match 4: Sheamus[c] vs Randy Orton [WWE Championship]
Orton wins, but Sheamus can look strong.
Winner and new WWE Champion: Randy Orton

Match 5: Undertaker[c] vs Rey Mysterio [World Heavyweight Championship]
I’m really excited for this match. That’s beside the point, though. Undertaker wins, but Mysterio needs to look really super awesome, and probably only lose after being caught off of a springboard and being Tombstoned.
Winner and still World Heavyweight Champion: Undertaker

Match 6: 30-Man Royal Rumble Match
Edge’s return is the big new here. He mostly eliminates heels to establish himself as a heel; one such heel if Chris Jericho, who throws a fit and tries to eliminate Edge from the outside, but he stays inside anyway and officials force Jericho to the back. Other important parts, Michaels accidentally eliminates Triple H after a misplaced superkick; as soon as The Miz got in, and grabbed the US Title from ringside and smashed MVP in the skull, then eliminated him; John Morrison stars at #1 and makes it to the final five. The others in the “final five†are Edge, John Cena, Ted DiBiase, and Shawn Michaels. John Cena wins by last eliminating Edge, after the two have a 10 – 15-minute final stretch. Post-match, Cena and Edge shake hands to further put Edge over as a face.
Winner: John Cena

Elimination Chamber 2010

Match 1: MVP[c] vs The Miz [United States Championship]
This feud continues after the Rumble, and starts to get really heated and violent. This match has both guys being very aggressive. The Miz wins after hitting MVP with the title belt.
Winner and new US Champion: The Miz

Match 2: Undertaker[c] vs Batista
Batista wins some sort of stupid ass battle royal on Smackdown to win this. In the lead up, Batista also calls out Cena repeatedly to try to get him to his ‘Mania spot against him. In the end, it doesn’t matter what Batista said, because Undertaker wins. Post-match, Cena is seen watching from backstage.
Winner and still World Heavyweight Champion: The Undertaker

Backstage, Shawn Michaels finds John Cena and begs him to face the winner of the WWE Championship Elimination Chamber so that, when he wins the #1 Contender Elimination Chamber, he can be the one to challenge the Undertaker. John Cena can’t tell if he’s kidding or not, so he just walks off.

Match 3: E&C vs Jeri-Show
Edge and Jericho have a basic build-up over the happenings at the Rumble. At the same time, E&C reunite every now and then on ECW for funz0rz. On Raw, Jericho beats Edge down real good, so Christian comes to his aid. The next night on ECW, Jericho runs out and costs Christian in an ECW title match against Williams Regal! On Smackdown, Jericho calls out Edge and Christian, who come out. But THE BIG SHOW~ attacks them from behind, and Jericho has now re-recruited the services of the Big Show. Basic build-up from there. Here, at the end of the match, Jericho walks out on The Big Show, causing him to be double-teamed, and eventually pinned by Edge.
Winner: E&C

HHH finds Michaels backstage and points out that he will probably win the WWE Title tonight, and Shawn will probably win the #1 Contender’s match. He says that if Cena chooses to face Undertaker, he’d be GLAD to face Shawn at Wrestlemania for the WWE Title.

Match 4: Randy Orton[c] vs Sheamus vs Kofi Kingston vs Triple H vs Mike Knox [WWE Championship – Elimination Chamber]
Mike Knox kills bitches, which is fun. Kingston takes out Knox. Orton takes out Sheamus. KINGSTON TAKES OUT TRIPLE H WHAT THE FUCK! Orton hits a flash RKO for the win.
Winner and still WWE Champion: Randy Orton

Post-match, Cena is seen watching from backstage.

Match 5:The Hart Dynasty w/ Bret vs Priceless w/ Vince [#1 Contender to Unified Tag Team Titles]
Bret and Vince have a few segments to build up. Bret wants Vince to leave him alone, he just wants to help his students move up the ranks, and helping them beat DX for the titles would be awesome. Vince keeps pestering him, and eventually convinces Rhodes/DiBiase to do his dirty work. Anyway, The Hart Dynasty wins
Winners and #1 Contenders to DX’s title belts: The Hart Dynasty

Match 6: Rey Mysterio vs CM Punk vs Finlay vs Shawn Michaels vs John Morrison [#1 Contender to whichever belt Cena doesn’t choose – Elimination Chamber]
Note: Originally, Michaels qualified for the WWE Championship Elimination Chamber, and Knox qualified for this one, but they made a deal and switched. Knox obviously wanted a shot at the title, and Michaels say this as his best way to get a ‘Mania match with the Undertaker. Anyway, Finlay gets out pretty early, but not before being busted open by CM Punk. Mysterio and Punk get really physical, and Punk tried to unmask Rey, which leads to a GTS to eliminate him. Punk, Michaels, and Morrison are in there for a while, until finally Morrison eliminates Punk. Morrison/Michaels goes even longer with tons of nearfalls. HBK eventually goes for a Tombstone Piledriver, but Morrison floats over AND HITS THE NITRO BLAST SUPERKICK~! He goes up top AND HITS THE STARSHIP PAIN~! ONE! TWO! THREE! JOHN MORRISON IS GOING TO WRESTLEMANIA WHAT THE FUCK!
Winner and #1 Contender to whichever belt Cena doesn’t pick: John Morrison

Wrestlemania 26

Match 1: CM Punk vs Rey Mysterio [Hair vs Mask]
Punk has continued his journey of shaving people’s hair to “help them reveal their true identity.†After EC, Punk wants to “reveal†Mysterio for who he is. He tries to unmask him various times, and so that’s how we get this stipulation. Fast opener, which Mysterio wins. Crowd gets pumped as Mysterio shaves Punk’s head in the middle of the ring.
Winner via pinfall: Rey Mysterio

Match 2: Drew McIntyre[c] vs Batista vs Mike Knox vs Finlay [Intercontinental Championship]
Finlay and McIntyre have been having a Smackdown feud for a while now, and eventually both Batista and Knox earned their way into this match. Batista and Knox have a game of badass one-upsmanship, which Knox actually gets the better of. He ends up killing Finlay with a LARAIT~ and wins the belt.
Winner and new Intercontinental Champion: Mike Knox

Match 3: The Hart Dynasty[c] vs Cryme Tyme vs Hurri-Kane vs Croft/Barretta vs Regal/Jackson vs Matt Hardy/Khali vs APA vs whatever old, random teams they can sign for one night. [Unified Tag Team Championships – Tag Team Turmoil]
A fun way to get old names onto the Wrestlemania card. The rules are that two teams start, and as each team is eliminated, another team comes down to replace them. That way we get some nice surprises. The Hart Dynasty wins by last defeating Kurri-Kane.
Winners and still Unified Tag Team Champions: The Hart Dynasty

Match 4: The Miz[c] vs MVP [United States Championship – No Disqualification]
Feud keeps going, by now it’s SUPER PERSONAL~! The Miz wins, and goes on to have an AWESOME~ United States title reign.
Winner and still US Champion: The Miz

Backstage, Ted asks Cody to “watch†from the back, in case he “needs his help.†Cody says, sorry, but Orton said he couldn’t help.

Match 5: Kofi Kingston vs Christian vs Ted DiBiase vs Shelton Benjamin vs Sheamus vs The Big Show [Money in the Bank Ladder Match]
To qualify, Kofi beat Swagger, Christian beat Regal, DiBiase beat Rhodes(!), Benjamin beat Ziggler, Sheamus beat Bourne (barely), and Big Show beat Kane. Christian and the Big Show still have heat between them, so play that up here. Also in the build-up, DiBiase constantly mentions that if he won, he could cash in on Orton which would be cool, but Orton doesn’t like that. Shelton gets to do his usual spots, but Kofi gets some good ones in too. Sheamus kills bitches. End comes when Christian nearly has it, but Sheamus runs up and tackles him off, and they both hit the floor! Kofi tries to climb up quickly, but he’s met at the top by a sick chair shot from DiBiase. Ted then grabs the case.
Winner: Ted DiBiase

Match 6: Michelle McCool[c] vs Mickie James [Women’s Championship]
Women’s wrestling. Lol. Mickie wins using her new finisher, the Banzai Drop. THE BOYHOOD DREAM COMES TRUE, FAT GIRLS CAN BE CHAMPIONS~!
Winner and new Women’s Champion: Mickie James

Match 7: Chris Jericho vs Edge
Edge is full-fledged face, and Jericho is still a bitter heel, super pissed now that Edge has returned and stolen his steam. Nice, long match. These guys can do what they do best. I’d be most excited to see Edge work as a face in a big-time match for the first time in about 6 years. Edge wins after making Jericho tap to the Edgecator as a tribute to Bret Hart.
Winner: Edge

Match 8: Randy Orton vs John Morrison [WWE Championship]
Morrison sucks against HIGH-FLYING~ opponents because he relies on flippity shit too much. But when he’s getting the shit beat out of him, he’s an awesome fiery babyface. That’s this. Orton is the clear favorite, and is really ruthless with this up-and-comer. Morrison’s awesome showing in the Rumble and epic victory in the Elimination Chamber gives him the push needed to make it this far. Morrison gets really, really fucking close, but Orton wins after an RKO.
Winner and still WWE Champion: Randy Orton

Hall of Fame Recognition: Stu Hart, Owen Hart, British Bulldog, Legion of Doom, Stan Hansen, and Rick Rude

Match 9: Shawn Michaels/Bret Hart vs Vince McMahon/Triple H
HOLY FUCK, YES! HHH keeps telling Michaels that he’s too obsessed with facing Undertaker, but Michaels tells HHH to stfu. He says that his career is obviously coming to an end soon, and he wants it to mean something; he wants to go out on a high note. Hunter says he’s being up tight, but whatever. There’s teased tension between those two for a while, starting at the Rumble when HBK accidentally eliminated HHH. When DX faces The Hart Dynasty for the titles, Triple H grabs Bret from ringside! He holds him and wants Michaels to kick him, shouting “MAKE YOUR CAREER MEAN SOMETHING! KICK THE HITMAN ONE LAST TIME!†but Michaels wouldn’t do it. All the distraction allowed Tyson Kidd to shove Michaels into HHH, knocking him to the outside. Michaels turned around and Kidd hit his finisher, and won the belts. DX argued after the match, and HHH pushed Michaels, then walked off. Hart got in the ring and stared off with Michaels, and it was awesome. The next week, HHH basically calls Michaels a pussy and says that, yeah his career is coming to and end, because he’s no longer the badass that he once was. He says he’s going to do what Michaels was too much of a coward to do. Later that night, we find Bret Hart laid out backstage and it’s framed as if it was Vince. To end the show, Michaels calls out Vince and tells him seriously let go of it, and to quite being the douche in the situation. Vince smiles and said that he loved Bret being taken out, but it wasn’t him, AND TRIPLE H COMES OUT~! He says it was him, and that at least there’s still one badass around here. Michaels can’t believe it, AND HE PUNCHES HHH IN THE FACE! IT! IS! ON! HHH and HBK brawl to close the show. From there, Hart thanks Michaels for standing up for him, whereas Vince and HHH start to work together to make Hart’s life hell, and Michaels constantly comes to his aid, since he’s put the past behind him. It all leads to a tag team match here. HBK and HHH are clearly heated, but there isn’t HATE~ yet. All the hate is between Michaels/Vince, Hart/Vince, and Hart/HHH. This is mostly Michaels vs HHH obviously, but the other guys see action. Michaels gets isolated for a bit, and Bret Hart gets the best hot tag ever. He cleans house and hits Vince with the spike piledriver! He covers, but HHH breaks it up. He goes for the Pedigree, BUT MICHAELS BLINDSIDES HIM WITH THE SWEET CHIN MUSIC~! Vince stumbles up, and Bret and Shawn HIT HIM WITH THE HART ATTACK HOLY WOW~! Hart puts Vince in the Sharpshooter, AND VINCE MCMAHON TAPS OUT TO BRET HART HOLY FUCK YES YES YES!
Winners via pinfall: Shawn Michaels/Bret Hart

Match 10: Undertaker[c] vs John Cena [World Heavyweight Championship]
The Raw after Elimination Chamber, Cena announced his decision on who to face. At first he talked about the bitter rivalry between he and Orton, and how he hates Orton more than anyone else in the company. But, been there, done that. What he hasn’t done is ever faced the Undertaker at Wrestlemania. The build-up here is that John Cena refuses to back down no matter what Taker does. The Raw before Wrestlemania, Undertaker gets in John Cena’s face in one last attempt to get in his mind, but Cena won’t budge. Taker nods his head and then shakes Cena’s hand, and holy shit the Undertaker respects him. This is gonna be awesome~! At Wrestlemania, it’s awesome. These guys can go when they need to, we all know that. Anyway, the Undertaker hits a Tombstone on John Cena. ONE! TWO! THRE – NO~! WAT DA FUK~! He tries another, but Cena gets behind him and bumps the ref in the process. Taker turns around, AND CENA PUNTS HIM IN THE BAWLS~! Cena looks shocked at what he did at first, but then he sees the ref still down and he grins. He grabs a steel chair and CLOBBERS Undertaker with it. The ref slowly gets up! ONE! … TWO! … THRE – UNDERTAKER KICKS OUT~! Cena pulls him up and tries an FU, but Taker fights out! He goes for the Last Ride, but Cena slides behind and shoves Taker forward, AND TAKER FLIES INTO THE REF! THIS TIME THE REF GETS KNOCKED TO THE OUTSIDE! Taker turns around, AND CENA NAILS HIM IN THE FACE WITH THE CHAIR! A bloody Taker goes down and Cena repeatedly bashes him over the skull with the chair! He grabs the ref from the outside the ring and rolls him in. As he comes to his sense, John Cena pulls Taker up and he hits the FU! ONE! TWO! THREE~! HOLY SHIT FUCK COCKS! JOHN CENA JUST WON! HAHA FUCK YOU WWE UNIVERSE.
Winner via pinfall and new World Heavyweight Champion: John Cena

Hopefully the crowd throws garbage at Cena, as we now have the most infamous ending to any Wrestlemania … ever.

Aftermath

-John Cena becomes the biggest heel in the company; he insists on appearing on both Raw and Smackdown. On Raw he talks about how he’s always said that he would do whatever it takes to be the best, and the people always cheered him for it. Well, he did it last night, so quit complaining. For pretty much the next year, he mentions how he destroyed the Undertaker and how he’s never coming back. Shawn Michaels is his first feud because Michaels can’t believe the disrespect that he showed to the Undertaker.

-That said, HHH constantly wants at Michaels, but Michaels won’t fight him because he knows it will get too personal.

-Bret and Shawn share one last handshake the next night on Raw, and Bret goes on his merry way.

-Morrison goes into a program with CM Punk in order to continue his push toward permanent main event status.

-Orton constantly tries to get DiBiase to cash in on Cena, but he wants to save his MITB “for the right moment.†DiBiase slowly turns face and begins to flat-out taunt Orton with the case. He’ll cash in later in 2010, hopefully leading to an extended feud between DiBiase and Rhodes that puts both guys way over.

-The Miz gets a main event push, after losing his belt to Evan Bourne a few months later. MVP goes into a Morrison role of being a solid upper-midcarder.

-Christian and Sheamus feud over the ending to MITB, effectively moving Christian to Raw.

-Edge and Jericho can keep feuding, I guess. They can start to get involved in the title picture at the same time.

-Mike Knox rapes everybody on Smackdown, and eventually becomes a badass monster face. He solidifies his new position by beating Batista on PPV in an IC Title defense.

-John Cena’s epic heel WHC Title reign continues all the way to the Royal Rumble, where he loses the strap to somebody (let's say Christian) after he’s totally thrown off by the … GONGGGGGGGGGG~!~!~! HOLY SHIIIIIIIIIITTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT! Cena is scared the fuck out every week after that. At Elimination Chamber, he uses his rematch clause against Christian, but he loses the match … WHEN THE LIGHTS GO OUT AND THE UNDERTAKER APPEARS IN THE RING HOLY SHIT MARK THE FUCK OUT WHAT THE FUCK HOLY SHIT TOMBSTONE TO CENA BAH GAWD KING HE’S BACK. Wrestlemania 27, Cena/Undertaker happens again. Undertaker gets retribution and beats John Cena, and then disappears into the dark, never to return again, effectively retiring.
