Its 15:30 you have just received a text from Vince he wants you to come to WWE HQ and lead a creative meeting. He wants you to decide the Rumble Winner. With the current storylines (Post Slam '17). Who's winning the Rumble and Why? What's the Mania Main Event.

The Club go to SD and join up with AJ again. They go after the WWE Championship and more specifically Jinder. At Royal Rumble Shinsuke needs something big. Fantasy mode kicks in Shinsuke v Styles ME Mania now that is a fantasy hope but we all know it's gonna be Roman anyway :

Reigns wins the Rumble. Then wins title at Fastlane, with Braun winning the shot at the main event on the next Raw. So main event at Mania is Reigns/Braun, then Reigns beats him with a single Superman punch in about 12 seconds in the main event, because Braun is just a jobber who happens to be somewhat tall and Reigns is the future of the entire business

Honestly I wouldn't have Reigns win the rumble this year. I would just have him face Cena in the main event at Wrestlemania. They don't even need the Rumble for their match to be important.

AJ Styles is who I would have win the Rumble. He would deflect from Smackdown and challenge Brock Lesnar for the Universal Title. AJ Styles vs Brock Lesnar would be a huge main event. Shinsuke Nakamura isn't ready to headline Wrestlemania yet, not over Lesnar at least.

Styles and Leaner would be a good match. Not ME of Mania. Shinsuke and AJ would be amazing for the ME. At MITB they just had to look at each other and people lost their shit

I mean, let's be honest.. this thread was basically made for Nakamura/Styles booking which I'm not going to disagree on. I'd love to see them go at it for the WWE title at Mania. It's probably not gonna be the main event but it has potential of being Smackdown's main mania match. If they really wanna do Lesnar vs Reigns again, they cannot let Reigns win the rumble again, firstly it's too soon, he just won the last one 3 years prior and second, as proven by last year's universal title match at Mania, it doesn't need the rumble that much anyways to set it up.

So yeah, I'm not gonna try to be purposefully different here and go for Nakamura vs Styles as well, simply because it's what the people currently want.
From the looks of it, Styles seems to be the way to go as he's the US champ while Nak is probably gonna win the WWE title any minute now. The thing I have with this is that I think many people overhype this match a lot. And I also think most of the people who want that match, didn't even watch Styles vs Nakamura over at New Japan in it's entirety. I actually watched their WK 10 match recently and I don't think a WWE croud would have ate it up like the New Japan crowd did. But that's just my opinion of course

The next rumble should be a braun Strowman victory. We then have reigns, braun, and Brock at mania in an all out war.

It should also be no DQ triple threat match, of course, and give these guys like 30 mins to literally destroy each other in the main event.

If not this, then have AJ styles win it and go on to face Jinder and win.

1) not a fan of multi man Mania main events. It's passable for PPVs like Summerslam or Survior Series but Wrestlemania should mostly have a planned and structured 1 on 1 match as the true main event. Just looks better and also feels more important. The only times the company resorted to that idea of putting multiple men in a Mania main event is when there's literally no other way around it and this year, I think there are more than 1 ways around it

2) Jinder Mahal is not gonna hold on to that title for almost a year. You can see that they're already struggling with it right now, so I don't see them keeping this project up for longer than the Rumble (if even)
of course this is just me praying that they won't do it but I honestly don't see it happening, neither from a fan or company perspective

both men face Jinder who regains title at the rumble from nakamura setting up a 3MB triple threat for the WWE title.

People go on about shield triple threats when really what everyone wants is the 3MB triple threat for the title!

1. I would normally tend to agree but there's exceptions and I feel this is one of them. By the time mania rolls around, these 3 men will have such a deep history, it'll feel chaotic and aweome to have them decimate the main event.

2. That was more me just throwing an idea out there to have AJ back on top. Jinder may hold onto the belt until mania given WWE's forceful push of champions when they see fit.

I get that WWE can be pretty mental at times but it would take a lot for them to let someone hold their world title for a whole year. Besides, it looks like they're doing it with Brock Lesnar anyways, so I also doubt that they'd do it with 2 guys at the same time. I really don't think Jinder's drawing that much money for the company
