Former ECW champ Bobby Lashley made his first appearance inside a wrestling ring since being granted his release from World Wrestling Entertainment on 5/24 for Booker T's PWA in Pasadena, Texas.

Lashley, who has publicly spoken of a future in MMA but hasn't ruled out doing professional wrestling, defeated Jared Steele. Lashley was said to have worked hard, working a physical style, as opposed to a "safer" one.

To be honest he should still be in the WWE, he had talent. He wasn't like most of the other big guys.

A lot of people tend to disagree, anyway I would have loved him in the wwe as a heel.

Lashley has talent. Terrible on the mic, but he's mobile for a big guy and he can wrestle. He'll be in TNA within a month, and once there he'd make a great monster heel to feud with guys like Matt Morgan and Abyss. Or he can team up with The Beautiful People so they can talk for him and make references to black guys being huge and all that.

Do you really think the wwe let lashley leave without a no compete clause, like brock lesnar? Im not 100% sure, but they would be stupid to just let him go, they've sunk a lot of money into him. I would expect to see him back in the wwe, if he does return full time.

Hmm, I would still think they would put a longer no compete clause with tna. Like Brock can wrestle in Japan, but not tna. Not sure what the exact case is. I could be wrong, but I'll believe him in tna when i see it.

Let him go to TNA, or ECW because neither brand other than them would need him in the main event because he can't speak on the mike and he can only wrestle people his size or smaller....
