not really sure what he would be like as a heel be interesting to see but he would need to have a good fued with somone first who annoys him or does something to turn him heel like when cena started going really angry at orton during his fued as he made it more and more personal

Everything he does in the ring except Fly over the ropes onto Poor Helpless people to me speaks "Heel".............
It'd be interesting to see him as a heel because he looks like such a good guy with his babyface. So maybe he's growing in facial hair to go along with the heel turn? Sometimes facial hair works for heels.
I think they should give him a go I dont think he could do that bad as a heel and if not they could change him back after a month or two if it really doesn't work out also ye lashley with a beard I wanna see that do you think he can grow any lol

^^^now that would be interesting......if he grew some kind of beard I think would help a lot to turn him heel.....and like most of you have said they should just give it a shot.......what's the worse that could happen??? turn him face again if it doesn't work???
actually ye they can do that bring him back as a heel to fued with kennedy for putting him out for all them months they have perfect opportunity to try it out

Here's what they should do........
Lashely put's Kennedy out for good knows how long. Then things get worse for Lashely until he finally tunrs heel in a few months...........

Lashley would fit a beard but he should stay bald. I was think about it, Lashley with hair? No. Just no. Why Kennedy, Kennedy is a heel? Hardy probably.
Yea fueding with Kennedy would make no sense, if they were going to turn him heel. Kennedy isn't going face anytime soon so if Lashley wants to turn heel then he should fued with Hardy, HHH, or DH Smith? I guess I don't really know, not really a lot of good faces right now, obviously you have HBK, but a Lashley-HBK fued wouldn't really do much for me. Anway I still think he would suck as a heel and if he was to turn heel he definitely shouldn't get into a fued with Kennedy. My guess is whenever he comes back he's going to fued with Kennedy(the IC Champion at the time) and they should have a nice long fued going into like WM 24 finally bringing some credibility to that belt. But I do agree with what some of you guys said, why not turn him heel? I don't think it would work, but it would be nice to see the WWE trying things and maybe I would be wrong and he would be a fantastic heel.
a fued between them two up to wm? man that is to long I would be way bored of watching those to long before that but ye have them fued for it for a few months but not that long
Lashley isn't coming back until December. So let's say he comes back in mid to late December that would be only a three and a half month fued which I don't think would be that ridiculous if done properly. So I think if they did a good job of promoting it, it could be an awesome fued for both them and ending it at WM would be pretty cool. However I highly doubt that will happen.

Dude Lashley is way to friendly to even be heel...I mean come on...and besides he makes a really good face so why ruin that...I say he should stay face and finish his fued with Kennedy...
