I'd laugh if somebody shouted in the crowd " I thought you were dead"[/I][/B]
How about a sign saying that! I would love that!

What if Vinnie Mac goes on Orton's side (heel). Or Cena's side (face).

Not really sure on what I just said but, oh well! lol

I hope he returns as a face and makes a huge Announcement maybe bringing in a new Superstar, Introducing HHH or something good.

hmmm sounds interesting, I wonder what Vince is gonna do. Im sure he is really pissed about the ratings decline but maybe this is the wake up call WWE needed and hopefully they start to put on better shows now

Jericho is not a draw.

At this point I think that he would certainly spike ratings briefly, but this is the same situation as TNA. No one wrestler is going to make a huge difference. It requires solid storylines.

This should be interesting after the long absence. I want someone to get fired maybe Cena unexpected heel turn turning Randy face for SS which would make this very interesting

I wonder what the commentary would be like. They ain't gonna mention the death.

^I agree with ya. Randy for face and Cena for heel. Would be interesting.

Pure panic move by WWE. It will backfire for them. Vince should have remained off TV until 2008 at the earliest. There is no doubt that he is the #1 heel in WWE and is (one of) the biggest draw in WWE at the moment, but I don't think this is a smart move. It will obviously improve the Raw rating this week, but it won't benefit the company in the long run.

I don't see why this is even necessary to be honest. Granted, the rating for Raw was terrible last week, but that was just one week. Once Triple H has returned at Summerlsma and Orton *possibly* wins the WWE Title, things will improve dramatically. Add that to interesting storylines (which haven't existed in WWE for a very long time now) and the future will be bright.

Vince returning is not the answer. Also, how exactly is he 'striking back'? Who is he striking back at? Unless he breaks kayfabe and talks about the storyline where he faked his own death and how the Media attacked the company about the Benoit saga, then it will be pointless, imo. But we all know that won't happen.

Here is an update on Vince's return.
PWInsider.com is reporting that the head writer of Raw, Brian Gewirtz is lobbying for Vince McMahon to return to Raw at the point of where he would of returned from the limo explosion. The original plan was to have Linda McMahon framed for the explosion. Ken Kennedy would then get a rub from Vince McMahon.
I'm not sure if it's a good idea to bring back the death angle. It would be in terrible taste right now, since it turns out that a WWE superstar actually turned into a murderer.

Thoughts?

Yeah all the little kids that think wrestling is real will get scared and think Kennedy is a real murderer.
