Lol at DA COACH of all people interviewing Vince :shifty:

Also.. ZOMG! Vince called it the World Wrestling Federation. FUCK THE PANDAS!

Damn, was gonna post that. Word, and Coach still calls him "Sir" hahahaha! And the WWF comment was hilarious. Vince has a point though. His shit was booked well in advance. And Kroenke didn't tell the league the arena was booked that night.

I say WWF :shifty: shows up on Monday and they have a Free For All, Battle Royal, Falls Count Anywhere match between the WWE and the Lakers/Nuggets.

...btw, I bet you half of the Nuggets roster already has tickets to Raw anyways!

The latest on next Monday's RAW venue problem is that WWE is looking at possibly running the show in Colorado Springs now that the Nuggets have the Pepsi Arena locked up in Denver on Monday.

Whatever WWE decides to do, it would have to be made public soon as they don't have a whole lot of time before the show next Monday night.

Well if that happens its not much farther to drive is it????

So the fans might have to drive away if they have tickets...hmm

Also both these next 2 stories i got off the WWE Website

STAMFORD, Conn. — The Denver debacle that has jeopardized this coming Monday’s edition of Raw in Denver’s Pepsi Center has yielded an outpouring by some of the biggest arenas in the world who have opportunistically offered to host Monday Night Raw live on Memorial Day.

While working to resolve the scheduling conflict between Raw and the Denver Nuggets’ NBA Western Conference Semifinals game against the Los Angeles Lakers, WWE officials have received proposals from numerous venues including Madison Square Garden and, ironically, the STAPLES Center – the home of the Nuggets’ Monday night opponents, the Lakers. In addition to numerous other venues, these major-capacity metropolitan arenas proposed to have WWE’s flagship program emanate from their locations instead of Denver’s double-booked Pepsi Center this coming Monday.

As reported by WWE.com and countless media outlets, officials from both WWE and the Denver Nuggets are still attempting to determine a resolution for the scheduling calamity in Colorado’s capital.

Check back with WWE.com as additional information becomes available on the sold-out edition of Monday Night Raw.

If they moved it to MSG or The Staple Center...would people with tickets get to use there's at another date or what cause I mean they would pretty much be screwed if not.

As revealed via multiple television and online polls, both the general public and sports fans in particular have sided with WWE in the recent scheduling nightmare with the Denver Nuggets.

As the WWE Universe is well aware, there is an ongoing conflict with this Monday night’s sold-out Raw, as despite WWE’s earlier claim on Denver’s Pepsi Center, the arena was double-booked with a Denver Nuggets playoff game. In a poll seen on CNN Headline News, viewers texted in to vote in favor of WWE’s claim in what has become the “Denver debacle.” Elsewhere, even dedicated sports fans on the Yahoo Sports website spoke out in support of Monday Night Raw’s preexisting claim to a sold-out show at the Pepsi Center. Though the people have made it clear that they believe the WWE Universe should be filling the Denver arena on Monday night, the outcome of this situation is still in question.

Keep checking in with WWE.com, as we bring you the most up-to-date information on this developing story.

Seems alot of people have WWE's back. I for one do on the part that its not really Vince's fault. The other guy shouldn't have booked a date that would take place during the playoffs even if you didn't think your team had a chance or not.

By the way, Vince shouldn't worry about this. I have it on good authority that basketballs don't hold grudges.

POST OF THE YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I really think Vince should just take the trucks to the arena, and hold Raw in the parking lot of the Pepsi Center >_>

If this ever actually went to a court, WWE would win. WWE booked it first. I doubt it gets that far though. Vince will just end up taping it on like Sunday or something, or move it, and the Pepsi Centre/Denver Nuggets/NBA will pay him a huge sum of money. Vince is just using this to his advantage, and it's working great. He'll walk away with a ton of cash.

Just bring out Nova, Stevie Richards and Blue Meanie right before the basketball game tips off and say three simple words-we're taking over.

What's "LOL" worthy over that? It's true. That doesn't mean I like the WWE over the NBA. But it's simple. WWE was granted permission to the building last August. The NBA decided to scheduel this game about a week ago, while the WWE had already planned and booked the show. If it went to court, WWE would be awareded the event.

Yeah, if WWE scheudled their event on August 15th, and the Nuggets owner didn't keep the schedule open for the Playoffs, then it's his own fault. The Nuggets should try to find a different venue.

Raw will end up just moving this to another place. Seems obvious to me. But WWE and Vince are trying to get all the publicity they can in the meantime, and rightfully so.

They actually had to confirm that the event would still be held there on the last day of the regular season. So the Nugget's probably could have backed out then when they knew that their team had the number 2 seed, but they didn't.

The Nuggets should try to find a different venue.
I agree with this. Seeing as how the Lakers/Rockets series didn't end until Sunday, tickets for round 3 wouldn't have gone on sale until after that game. So it would have been a lot easier for the Nuggets to just sell tickets for a different venue and it seems like the fair thing to give the arena to the people that had it booked first. I know it's never going to happen, but it's what should happen. Hopefully the WWE gets plenty of exposure out of this and they get well compensated.

The funny thing is I had little interest in the Lakers/Nuggets series since I have only been rooting for the Cavs during the playoffs, but after this I find myself rooting for the Lakers to win.

its not suprising that the WWE is getting the support, they have a pretty open and closed case. I mean if it was booked back in August, as it was first reported, I could see how this could have happened, but when the Nuggets send a contract to the WWE to finialize the date on the last day of the regular season knowing full well that there team is in the playoffs, it seems to be total mis management in Denver.

So yeah, there is no chance that Raw will be airing from within the Pepsi Centre, but no matter where they do Raw they will no doubt be suing the Nuggets for breech of contract and be walking away with a crap load of money, more money then they would probably lose from rescheduling or canceling.
