LOL, so if they haven't watched how are you even commenting on this? They've been making Jericho look like complete shit. Regardless of the whole heel/face, win/loss balance and dynamic they've still made him look like a bitch the past few weeks. I mean I'll admit I have a little bias because I really do HATE Edge's face character at this point... the guy has gone from my top five to just dropping off my radar completely. It's just an all around let down as I think a lot of people expected this to be an epic feud. But as I was saying all along, there was nowhere near enough steam or personal hatred to make this Mania worthy.

Not like shit ever changes in the world of wrestling. We're all suppose to forget what happened three months ago is the rule of thumb. That's what makes me so good, I Break the rules :Crush: lawl

Can you name one face character that you like? I can't. They've been complete shit for years now. For ever and ever faces have always found out how to take something good and make it bland and repetitive then you hear about how good the PPV match was and you can't believe it till you see it foryourself. I think that's how they get us smarks. As for the rivalry , this is only PPV match 1 right? The ending is going to be a gong show and it will mark the birth of the hatred.

I remember when all matches were built up and Mania worthy. It was like the end all to the biggest feuds going on at the time. I miss those days.

I actually don't so much mind Jericho actually losing leading up to Mania, but I really think there should be some time of out of the ring stuff going on, so that he doesn't look like he is just taking Edge's shit laying down.

Right now it seems one sided and Jericho isn't really doing anything to keep his heat against Edge's face tactics. I'd be more entertained if Jericho was doing some under handed stuff towards Edge. It seems kind of backwards, Edge is spearing Jericho left and right while Jericho isn't doing anything about it, it's like both of them are acting out reversed roles with Edge as the heel and Jericho as the face, going against the grain.

I was always a fan of the major matches at Mania being the culmination of programs that were carrying on for months, not shit that was slapped together weeks prior at EC or the Rumble. Mania to me the past few years just seems like any other PPV with a higher price tag slapped on it. Sure, people step up their game at Mania and pull out all of the stops, but the emotion just isn't there.
Batista/Cena is the bastard child of the Hart/Vince feud peppered with the fictional torch of Austin and Rock.
Jericho/Edge is the result of a rumble win and a far too stretched and long ago tag team break up.

wtf? Triple H has been collecting a cheque for years. Not doing nothing for anybody but being there pretending he's still a big name.

Christian also hasn't done shit all. He hasn't even had a significant feud unless your a fan of Ezekiel jackson I guess. What makes a face is how consistent his feuds are and how effective he is. These two haven't done shit all for nobody and haven't been tested for years

Also...how the fuck is HHH "pretending" to be a big name? It's Triple fucking H. He's made the best of his face character for years now, and had remained pretty fucking over. It's not his fault he hasn't made a heel turn yet. Despite what everyone like to believe, he doesn't dictate the flow of the WWE.

And Christian is by far one of the most over faces in the company. Any bit of ratings ECW got in the past year were I can almost guarantee solely due to his presence on the show. He's over, what does it matter how many feuds he's had? He's only been back for a little over a year.

Honestly, Christan is easily the most enertaining face in the WWE atm. Sure he hasn't had the most compelling feuds but, he got at the very least a watchable feud with Ezikiel Jackson, who bores the hell out of me.

I love Christian. But...

He hasn't done shit since coming to Raw but qualify for $ITB. He is wrapped up with NXT and while I like watching him there, I can't say that he is doing anything entertaining right now. I really hope that they put him in a good program after Mania is over.

Next to Cena and Mysterio, Christan is easily the most popular guy in the WWE imo. He hasn't had many marquee(sp?) feuds yet, but he was on EC-fucking W. Without much real potential for a big time feud he had a few good feuds on ECW imo, Swagger, Regal and Jackson come to mind. Honestly he made ECW watchable for the better part of the last year.
