(This is gonna sound really gay but) I'm a big fan of big men. I like Vince McMahon's method of pushing the big men but as of late the big men have in simpliest terms sucked in the past 5 years or so (whenever Lesnar left).

In the past big men have had one of two real roles: enforcer or monster. The classification of a big men is usually 6'7 and taller and 300+ lbs, there's been monsters that are more smaller, 6'5 and floating above 275 and below 300. Is this the new big men? Kevin Nash, Big Show, Kane, Undertaker, Matt Morgan, Abyss are pretty much the last we have of active big men.

Are the big men dead in world of wrestling or have they just envolved into the Samoa Joe's, Hernadez' and Sheamus' where they are smaller and faster?

Thoughts.

Test was ok also. But if you ask me most big men now are green and cannot get it done yet. What happened to Mark Jindrak? He was big.

There's always going to be lazy, 5 move big men in wrestling.

Khali
Mark Henry
Ezekiel Jackson
Festus

to name a few.

For the record, Test NEVER managed to accomplish a good match.

Honestly I was always a Test fan.

I thought that he could have main evented one day. Obviously we will never get the chance to see if he could have though.

Giant Bernard, aka Albert, aka A-Train used to be so-so, but has gone to Japan and over the last 5 years he has become a great talent. Tomko also used his experiences in the orient to make him a more complete and competent worker. And he was on the verge of being something special in TNA but they missed the boat hardcore with him and now have basically shat on the guy.

But in general, here in America, the big man has taken a back seat to the average build wrestler. Luke Gallows is nice, I like Show, regardless of the unreasonable expectations people place on a guy who's like 500 lbs, he serves his purpose but they E is lacking a real monster. Khali is comedic reflief and sucks fat punjab nuts, Kane is a shell of his former self, and Henry is lost in the shuffle, but he does try. Basically the only big men of note are Taker and Show and that isn't enough when you consider the history of giants in the biz.

If only we had more Bigelows' and Vaders' around. I do like Gallows and Jackson though.

I wish there was more Bigelows', Umaga/Jamals' and Vaders' their matches were always entertaining. Shawn Michaels/Vader feud was one of my first matches when I was younger. Ezekial Jackson could be the next but will he get pushed?

I'm sure Jackson is still in line for a push though I don't think he's been on SD for a few weeks. Once the WM craze is through his push will most likely resume. I hope the WWE doesn't waste this guy.

But the thing is JAckson isn't that big, he's like that Hernandez style not that tall just absolutely ripped. I want to see some guy close to 7 foot, and 300 lbs come in and just dominate for a while.

Funny you say that, Jindrak is more of a highflyer now. He's been in Mexico apart of CMLL and AAA for the past 5 years under the name Marco Corleone and actually been doing pretty good for himself, most likely better there than he would get in WWE.

Corleone tribute

Test could have been really big, I think. When Stephanie turned on Test to join Triple H, Test should have been H's first big-time feud, and it really could have put both guys over huge. Instead, they shoved HHH higher than he should have been, and Test sort of got shafted. He was getting great face reactions at that time, but they quickly turned him heel before anything could materialize. From then on, he was sort of on-and-off as far as putting forth effort and taking advantage of a push, so he just faded.
